Drifting serenely in the Gulf of Thailand, the palm-fringed island of Ko Tao takes its name from the abundant sea turtles that reside on its shores. White sand beaches sheltered by steep hills – some only accessible with four-wheel drive vehicles – and 300 days of sun per year invite long afternoons of lounging.

Small outdoors health food cafe offering green, veggie and fruit juices, smoothies, smoothie bowls, health food, super foods, homemade snacks, raw chocolates, retail products, protein bars and shakes, juice detoxes and health coaching.
Absolutely loved this little gem. We had the living bowls. The base is fruit blended with coconut topped with granola, fresh coconut, seeds, gogi berries and banana. The base fruits were dragon fruit, rasberry and strawberry. Gorgeous, great size and the perfect way to start our day.

Home style western and european cuisine in a great open air location on Thailand s most wanted island, Koh Tao.
Nice to have something else then asian food to choose from when traveling Thailand. Indeed a taste of home, how does Ushi do that?... lovely owner and cosy little place To eat, just a small walk from the main road in Sairee beach. Be surprised how good the salad is and the cordon blue!

Gourmet Thai restaurant with a view through The Photo Gallery. Beautiful, chic, cosy and personal. We open at 12pm and remain open all day until 11pm (be aware that we may close early at 10pm if the restaurant is quiet so best to book for late sittings). Authentic Thai food with true Thai flavour using only the freshest ingredients and the finest cuts of meat. We also have a small selection of vegetarian dishes and an extensive wine and designer cocktail list. We offer you a fine dining experience in a creative atmosphere providing the highest standards for a discerning clientele. Please note that we are not a budget backpacker restaurant.
The best restaurant on Koh Tao according to our group of 4 (two couples)! We visited twice during our 4 night stay. The first night we ordered a la carte and was pleasantly surprised at how generous and tasty the servings were. Our expectations were...MoreAnd I love this, so nice to read. A truly thorough and accurate review. Thanks so much. We are delighted, as always, when our efforts are appreciated so,much. Glad that you all enjoyed it, please come again soon.

Wonderful food and service! We had the Gorgonzola gnocchi, ceviche and caprese salad. The ice tea was great too. Really really yummy!

Whilst currently working my way through the menu, I have yet to be disappointed... the Sandwich bread is freshly made each day, the pasties are stuffed and the sausage rolls have a beautifully crisp and thin shortcrust surrounding a light and fluffy sausage meat. The quiche is worth waking up for. Then I hit the dessert counter... the banana and coconut slice is delicious... however, the pinnacle of success has to be the millionaires shortbread. I've taken slices of this away to share with friends and then have literally cried with happiness. My only complaint is the opening ours, I wish this place was open on a Sunday and open after 3pm-if I'm double boating I simply cannot get here in time, but I've happily driven here most days from maehaad just for brunch.

We got recommendation for this place and that’s totally great experience!
The place does not look special but the food is so good!
We ate 2 soups with duck and it was incredible!
One of the best restaurants in Thailand for sure!
It’s pretty small and authentic, very much recommended!

The food at this restaurant is so fresh and healthy. We had the steamed noodles with vegetables and green curry paste. There was a great array of vegetables. We also had the red fried rice with pineapple. It was amazing with lots of mushrooms, tofu and cashews. One of the best meals we have had so far in Koh Tao.

Cafè & Cakery located at Nay Pon Road (walking street) in Sairee. Specializes in homemade cakes, ice cream, cookies and coffee
.. Literally the best sweets you can get on koh tao.. Visiting the Island since 12 years and living here for some years now, this became our favorite place to pick up desserts and order individual cakes.. (See pic...)
From chocolate mousse, panna cotta, (American) Cheese cake to even selfmade Marzipan.. Now even fresh made Ice cream...
All reasonable priced and top Quality...
Only sad thing is that now german Marzipan does not satisfies me anymore what a disappointment when I tried it during our Germany Holidays... Not even close to the quality you get at thairiffic!
Lovely kind couple running it..
No need yo buy any branded sweets from the supermarket..
Keep up the good work!
Thanks Andre.

Koh Tao's only western style vegan/vegetarian cafe! We use fresh ingredients to create healthy and delicious plates, bowls, salads, smoothies and homemade soft drinks. The menu is 100% vegan, but you can choose dairy add-ons such as cheese. There are also many gluten-free options. In addition, all our sauces, dressings and nut butters are made in-house.
Had a take-away Zen-bowl and a chay and enjoyed it very much! So tasty, fresh and healthy! Thank you for dinner.

Healthy foods, tasty desserts, fresh juices and smoothies & real espresso...all on the beach in Mae Haad. The food and beverages at Coconut Monkey are locally sourced and organic produce whenever possible, the kitchen produces a mouth-watering variety of exciting vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. Come and try one of our variety of Amazeballs! Our kitchen is open from 8am to 5pm but we are open for sunset drinks and nibbles until 7pm every day.
