Kuchnia i Wino Restaurant in Kazimierz Dolny was designed for food of the highest quality, born of a passion for gastronomy and taste. We created a simple place, with a wonderful and healthy eating. Our dishes are prepared using only fresh and best quality products, very often local and Kazimierz origin, and so we know personally our suppliers. Fruits and vegetables we buy at the local market on the main square in Kazimierz. We do not use any preservatives and enhancers. Denmark from beginning to end are the result of our work and commitment. Our Mission is healthy and real food. Our entire team and the menu has been arranged by one of the best Polish Chefs - Wojciech Modest Amaro (1 * Michelin). Restaurant Kuchnia i Wino is located in the center of Kazimierz Dolny on the Krakowska Street 11, just 120 meters from the Main Square.
Very good food, gf and veg options, very nice and professional service, cosy Interior with big windows (to love). Highly recommended to visit in Kazimierz.

Got menus. After 20 minutes we left. No silverware, no inquiry about beverages, no apology for a delay. Nothing. Server passed us three times to serve a couple who arrived earlier. Looked like he was the only floor attendant.
Went to the place across the street. It was excellent.

We went here first thing on a May morning, having read trip advisor reviews. A brilliant place...thank you all! A long list of coffee beans from all over the world. Choose your coffee, and wait while the beans are ground, placed in an individual espresso pot the top of which is your coffee cup, on a long gas cooker with multiple rings....one for each little pot.. and piped up into your cup. Presented with water and a couple of little chocolates. However, being a serious coffee place, milk is not served, but then, we didn't ask for any. There's also a huge range of other coffee options, like iced coffees. Delicious cakes too. The decor is olde worlde, with huge vases of flowers, (tulips when we went). It got quite busy soon after 10.00. There's a pretty outside Seating area too, but since the first days of Spring were not as warm as usual for Poland, no-one was sitting outside, so indoors became crowded quite quickly. The service was efficient and pleasant...staff ready to advise on choice of coffee. A great wee street since there's a fine restaurant just across the road too. (Kuchnia i Wino)

It's not cheap (sizeable pot of tea is 18zl), but comfortable & easy

Piekarnia Sarzynski is a very well-known bakery located in the little town called Kazimierz Dolny, more or less 80 km south from Warsaw. It is not in the center of the town, but it is not far away. Here you can taste the authentic famous bread roosters, because it is the place, where they were invented. So, we buy both of them and ate them every day to breakfast: they are good, but not a delight. Taste it is recommendable, but not essential. Moreover, you can drink a chocolate or eat some pastries.

We really liked this restaurant. I had the zander in white wine and my partner had a variation on the traditional pierogi (with chanterelle filling). The food was lovely and the atmosphere really pleasant. The weather was lovely when we were there so we sat outside and that was lovely.
Only fault was that we had to wait for the food for quite a while and it didn't look like a very busy day. Anyway, the food was worth waiting for. I'd recommend this place.

This is a self-service restaurant just around the corner from Rynek. You order your food from a counter inside and collect it from a serving hatch when your number is called. Menu is pretty much a Standard Polish Menu, portions were big, food was tasty and good value. Large draft beer was only 5zl. Nice outdoor Seating area.

Attentive Service and warm and cozy on a cold, rainy day. Food was consistent with game dishes and traditional fare. Short walk from main square.
