Decent atmosphere and location on the Nile. There's a sunken barge as you enter. The thatched roof for the bar was re-done in 2015. Would suggest trying the odd pizza topping combinations.

Located at the business centre of Juba, the capital of the newest nation on earth, South Sudan. The building is an old stone structure, completely rennovated and rehabilitated, believed to be the place where Theodore Roosevelt spent a night when he visited Juba in the turn of the 20th century with the Smithsonian Expedition.Amazing atmosphere, combines the rustic ambiance with the clean and modern equipment. Ethnic music on the background adds to that feelingThe food is Mediterranean, Indian and Steaks, to cater for all pallets. From fresh ingredients and with a full variety of alcohol, we make sure you get fully satisfiedVisit us
This place seems to be one of the only places that has take out, and Delivery. I ordered the chicken wrap, then because it was convient, ordered the chicken tikka, chicken tandoori, rice and naan the next day. The Indian food was good, but apparently the Indian chef doesn't work on Monday's. The wrap was okay, but made with greasy tortilla, which turned out to actually be the same naan bread. It's quite expensive, but nice that they deliver so you pay for convenience.

a large menu....nice facility completed with a roof top patio for evening meals. .I would suggest staying with the Indian items on the menu as they seem to be the best value

I am not sure if the street name is correct in the address. Whatever map you look at has different names for roads in Juba. To find it go 1km South West along the dual lane road from the airport. It is pretty easy to find.
This is an outdoor restaurant. They serve both international cuisine and Ethiopian. I had a pizza for a change which was good, but my colleagues Ethiopian food looked a far better choice. Prices are quite reasonable compared with other places.

It was the best Ethiopian food I tasted in Juba, nice view along the Nile...good for large groups especially in the outdoors.

Come to Le Bistro and try one of Juba's best soups & fresh salads, burgers, pizzas, specials and a lot more. We also make chocolate chip cookies, pain au chocolat, apple pies, carrot cakes, cheese cake, chocolate cakes, banana breads among other sweet treats!!! Always fresh always delicious.
Only had coffee which was very good and bought some bread. The bread looked yummy but was a bit dry. The cakes looked excellent but didn't try them. The power was off when we went so no A/C. Fans on but still really hot. Would go again to try the cakes.

My favorite restaurante in Juba. I keep returning: good service, an excellent complimentary soup and great variety on turkish/middle eastern dishes. Big plus are the BBQ dishes, hoummous and the pastries.
the only minus is the rétro decor full of velvets and very dated, but if that becomes a real problem their home-delivery service is also highly recommended.

Cold beer and snacks, wide range of drinks. Outside area pleasant but warm, inside area cool.
A bit expensive, but a safe place - clean and well designed - to hang out for a sundowner. Food seemed to be tasty, mix of dishes (Lebanese, Continental, Western, Indian).
