We ate there recently for lunch and dinner on differing days. On each occasion the service was excellent. The food is very good and well presented.
A very nice place to go for a meal where you are looked after and the food is well prepared and presented.

Enticed by the great reviews, we had to stop in for lunch. We had a reservation for 12 noon when it was empty but it was filled up by 12:30 pm. I noticed first the colorful glasses and tableware, an introduction to the artfully presented food we would soon encounter. We ordered the fixed price lunch and were delighted with the results. Beautifully served and so delicious. The assortment of four little desserts will be remembered for a long time. We were seated on the deck with a panoramic view of the chateau and the river and town below. You'll find this restaurant as the only painted mellow orange one in the block. A walk of about two blocks from the center of the village. We highly recommend La Table d'O!

Nice view looking direct to the northeast side of the chateau. Our light lunch was a happy time. Talking about this attraction, and the places we've passed by, and the food. Good lunch and very much enough for the day. We're happy we came here....MoreThinks for comming please to see you

This is a typical breton creperie and grill.
Walking distance from the centre of Josselin, lovely open air Terrace overlooking the river, great atmosphere inside and out.
The food is excellent, in terms of quality, variety and price.
Specialities include Crepes and Galettes, savoury and sweet. Meats are of good quality, the burgers are pure meat, hand made by the chef.
Moules et Frites are my favourite dish.
Staff are lovely, friendly, helpful and efficient.
A great place for couples, families and groups. Children are very welcome and catered for well.
Good Food, Variety on menu, Delectable Desserts, Value for Money - Authentically French - Great Atmosphere.. what else could you ask for?

We were recommended this restaurant as it was close to our accommodation and after finding that the highest rated restaurant on this site was closed until the next day we decided to give it a try. We sat on the tiny Terrace outside as it was a warm evening, but the interior was quite welcoming. There was only one fixed price menu which could be 2 or 3 courses, but there were only two choices in each course, so it was rather limited. However the chalkboard menu stated that everything on it was homemade which bode well. We started with foie gras and smoked salmon starters, mains were fish of the day in beurre blanc and a duck breast coated in some kind of crumbs - not sure quite what as they didn't have any distinct taste, and desert was a poached pear and a chocolate mi-cuit with caramel sauce and speculators ice cream. I would say that the food was generally okay with nothing to criticize, the presentation was fine and it tasted home made, but it was generally an average dining experience with nothing memorable that stood out.

A nice place right next to the church. The food was yummy and service was friendly, even on a busy and rainy day.

Pancakes are the best in Josselin, no doubt. It's a shame that it's just off the square so doesn't have the location of the other more touristy eateries, but you do get a view of the castle from some tables. The choice is good &...MoreThanks a lot !!! See you soon !!!!

Always a problem for veggies in France. This was fine. Sat outside in a very quiet square. Good, friendly service .... But you really need french .....although a non french speaking couple got along fine. Small choice, simple food....salad was lettuce and slice of tomato......we had our simple main, a glass of wine and a bottle of water .....24 euros. But it was nicely cooked and presented. Atmosphere on a sunny day was great

Above the shop we had Lovely coffee which came with a sweet bite on the side. V friendly service in nice retro shabby chic setting.
In a town with lots of the usual toristy creperies it was nice to find some savoury tarts as alternative option that was open when other places can't be bothered.
Worth a visit, even if it's just a hot drink.
