Amazing Taste, it's so mouth watering, best place to have Italian food in Jamshedpur. The view from restaurant is so cool and romantic, we loved being here and enjoyed a lot. Overall good experience to be here.

Equinox was inspired by the perfection in nature, the moment when a balance is struck between day and night. A speciality restaurant where the flavour of Oriental and Indian cuisines are crafted to perfection at the kitchen which is on display. Its rich furnishings, ideally illuminated alcoves, subdued lighting are all in addition to the ingredients, which play out their parts to create vibrantly enticing artistry of food. Lunch: 12:00pm to 03:30pm Dinner: 07:30pm to 11:30pm
Visited this place for a family dinner with around 15 people last week of June.May be we arrived at wrong place at wrong time, our experience was not good at all, both at service and food.
Location is good, near Bistupur market.1st impression and ambience is good.1st of all it looks that most of the hotel staffs are either new or not professionaly trained to handle big groups. We ordered 2 type of soup, veg and non veg with vej and non veg starter, non veg soup arrives with starter but there were no sign of veg soup (presisely it was tomato soup),when non veg people were completing their soup (or may few have completed too) then tomato soup arrives.Problem with service continues through out the dinner. In the last then had done such a mistake which we can't expect from restaurant of this standard. We had ordered 5 plate of gravy noodles, during serving we had counted and even asked them about quantity and the waiter in service said 4 and suddenly when we were in last phase of meal another waiter came and said that 5 plates has been served, what is this? After calling both and talking they said that it was their mistake,it was only 4,this is the way they handle big group!!!Now come to taste, chicken sweet corn soup was ok,tandoori chilly chicken and another kabab (forgot the name] was good, another starter with corn was ok.The most disappointed was Chinese, gravy noodles was not worth at all, gravy should be on top but they had totally mix it with noodle ,also ordered 2 type of gravy chicken in Chinese sauce but didnt find them anything special.

Kaveri is synonymous in ranchi with great food. Being quite established and old people are aware of the same and they are often busy. We tried the one in GL church complex, took a while to get in though. We tried their famous Indian thali which was extremely filling and recommended by the staff. All in all a great restaurant.

My favourite restaurant in Jamshedpur
They have the best Hyderabadi Biryani in town and while in college we visited at least once a week. Also the phirni is to die for
The Hyderabadi Biryani is really spicy!
Service however is a little slow and on weekends you might have to wait a while to get a table.
A great family dinner or lunch place!

During my stay at the hotel, had buffet breakfast & dinner at their in-house restaurant called ‘Melange’. The restaurant had a cool ambience. The service staffs were attentive & responsive. The buffet dinner had great spread of tasty foods including Indian, Continental & Chinese. There was live counter that was serving pani puri, choice of pasta and roasted chicken. The salad section had several choices including cold cuts veg & non-veg, fresh cuts etc. There was chicken soup, starter had veg & non-veg options, main course had Indian breads (order to serve), Rice, Chicken Biriyani, Chowmein, veg dishes & non-veg dishes (including fish, chicken & mutton). Desert also had wide options including sweets, ice cream, cupcakes, puddings etc. All-inclusive price of buffet was around Rs. 700, however there may be some discount for the guests staying in the hotel. Overall it was an enjoyable dining.

The restaurant provides good food and is situated in one of the prominent locations in Jamshedpur. Went there after a long time but found the same quality of food and services offered. One must definitely try ice creams there. Also, the price is reasonable for almost all variants.
