Really disappointed with this place. The service was very good but we just weren't sure of some of the stories about our food. We had pre-ordered peka but there were no peka at our table. Our neighbours had the real thing at their table.
Anyway....the vegetarian peka was lots of delicious roast potatoes, 4 thin strips of red pepper and 4 very thin strips of tasty aubergine
The fish soup was probably the tomato soup with bits of fish thrown in. It was alright.
The homemade houmas is something to be avoided and the pita made a gues appearance as 2 huge chunks of the bread in the basket, but toasted.
On a positive the location and house wines are unbeatable on Prvic Luka

this is not a every-day restaurant, this is a real treat that you should allow yourself once in a while
The sitting area outside is amazing, waiters are really into both food and complementary drinks, weather it is wine, craft beer or sometnih else
food is a story for itself, there are no words to describe it, come and try :)

Nice restaurant with good food and a superb view. The older owner, speaks excellent German and some English, and the older ladies in the kitchen will prepare an excellent dish. We took the peppersteak and with some red wine we enjoyed a nice evening with good price/ quality.
As long as the old guy runs the place it is a place to recommend.

They serve deep frozen fish (justifying it with "we have shown it to you on a platter and that's what was delivered by our supplier"). Definitely not fresh, which is a shame because they are situated on an island and 3,5 meters from the sea. When mentioned to them they suddenly became defensive saying that there is nothing they can do until i emphasised that i WILL PAY, then it was ok. They dont serve domesctic home made bread but instead you get butter-milk-pastry bougt in a local bakery and you wont get the good olive oil until you ask for it, all of which, believe me my fellow travelers, is not a common thing in a good Croatian restaurants. Having experienced this, we skipped the desert and wine.

Buffet Bounty is a unique full-service restaurant/café/take-away located in the Dolac district of the town of Sibenik. The restaurant feature a full menu of moderately priced high quality Croatian/British fusion food influenced by international cooking traditions, but based upon time honoured recipes from around the world, in the style of the British gastro pub. Our intention from the off-set is to provide a more diverse range of products and services that will be far more attractive to the consumer than the current offerings of the dining scene in Sibenik. The main focus will be on serving unique quality driven dishes, made of locally harvested produce, in a guenuine and warm atmosphere . We will be administering healthier customer service, care and attention to the customers' demands, in line with international guidelines.

Tavern Prslika provides a unique atmosphere with its indigenous interior, traditional home-made food, refined wine varieties and homemade brandy. The offer is based on the forgotten, domestic specialties that we liked to prepare our "old ones". Under the crown of hundred years of old olive and good food, pleasure is guaranteed to you.
I'm really pleased we took a few extra minutes to walk up and away from the seafront to find Konoba Prslika. I can't think of anything critical to say about this restaurant. The location, decor, food and service were all spot on. When I'm having a tough week at work this is the sort of perfect place I imagine escaping to.
The food is not the best I've ever eaten, the tables are not the most attractive and the waiter is not the most attentive, but these criteria are not the best way to judge a restaurant like this. The experience begins when you walk along the quiet twisting path with overhanging fig trees offering ripe fruit to refresh the palette after swimming in the salty Adriatic Sea. The restaurant appears gradually as you approach, no loud music, neon signs or plastic menu boards. Everything is as it should be, red gingham tablecloths, aged wooden chairs and antique utensils hung on the stone walls. The menu is simple and traditional, the cooking excellent but without showing off. The service friendly and considerate without any fuss.
So glad we found it, maybe we'll return, but if not we still have the memories.

We visited this restaurant only 8 days after had opened under new ownership. It was managed by a charming young women. The chef uses local ingredients with great skill. I had chicken breast stuffed with local air dried ham with a creamy sauce and local asparagus. We had seen the asparagus in local markets it was long and thin so it was good to try and very tasty too. It was served with home made rissoles (gnocchi) My husband local Sea bass with greens. Both dishes were very good and freshly prepared. The restaurant is on local square and just a short way outside Sibenik on the coast. Well worth a visit.

Aldura je konoba smještena na otoku Zlarinu, a može se podičiti izvornim dalmatinskim menijem. Specijalitet kuće jest naš poznati tuna steak.
After travelling from Sibenik by kayak we had a massive appetite for seafood and weren't disappointed. We ordered squid, grilled and fried- both were outstanding- and seafood pasta. All meals were incredibly fresh, delivered to the table in great time. Reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this restaurant, not alone for the prime sea-front location, but also for the service and excellent dalmatian seafood.

We've visited this restaurant three times in one week because it really was that good!
The food is very fresh and the taste is authentic and intensive! The cook really knows his trade.
What makes it even better is Tom, the waiter.
He made us feel so special! This really is the way to experience Croatian food at it's best.
TheIr own grappa became a tradition we looked forward.
Do take the time to eat at this restaurant!
