Saturday night and live jazz right on the beach. It does not get much better than this! The dinner selection was limited but tasty. The Jazz had a strong local flavor.

Local sea food with Spanish set up (not only) because of the Spanish chef as we was informed by the operating personnel. The staff was very professional and helpful with guidance throuhg the menu (even in English ;-). The French Chardonnay suprisingly very good, although we should have started with a lighter option. Merci beaucoup!

The restaurant of the hotel welcomes you every day in high season for the continental breakfast from 7:30 am, the lunch or the snacking in the day and the dinner from 19 hours. Situated in edge of swimming pool in a romantic charm, he invites you in the sweetness and in the tasting of fresh products worked with passion.
Excellent food and very welcoming and attentive staff in a warm and nice atmosphere. The owners make you feel at home!

This is a very good local restaurant with typical reasonably priced dishes. I opted for 'vivaneau en court bouillon' which was served with rice and stuffed 'christophine' (chayotte). The food was well-prepared and delicious, so was homemade coconut punch. I had some pineapple for dessert and a coffee to finish the meal, and the bill was just above 20 euro. The service was friendly and warm.

At last! The meal we've been waiting our whole Guadeloupe trip for, in a Marie-Galante idyll... right on the water, with a view of small boats and Islands in the distance. We passed by before it opened and found ourselves chatting with the owners who, we learned, spend their down-time working in the little vegetable garden that yields many of the wonderful touches in the extraordinary dishes that awaited us.
We ordered the accras to start: a succulent melange of pumpkin and cod, fried super-crisp and served with a "chien" sauce that actually showed off its ingredients. I had to indulge in "piment," the house hot sauce, made with chilies from aforesaid garden... divine! Our 7-year-old chose the hamburger (don't blame her, we've been treated to some really poor meals so far on our trip and she has retreated to safety)... fantastic burger, served on beautiful bun with tons of fresh lettuce and tomato and arugula (garden again!) and more tartar sauce than she would have liked... Tonight, if she insists again on the burger (because we are definitely going back tonight!!), it'll be ordered sans sauce. The house-made fries are to die for. So then we come to the title dish--poisson de tartare... I could write for hours about this dish, but I'll restrain myself to saying that it's a beautiful wedding of sea bream (daurade), fruit and sweet peppers, bound by citrus and just the right amount of coconut. Savory and sweet but somehow true to each flavor, especially the freshness of the fish! My husband, a huge fish-burger fan, was in ecstasy over his burger de la mer (although tonight we'll get it with the sauce on the side)... We had a crashing kid and so didn't stick around for dessert...
One last note... the owners are great to their customers and to the local community, alike... including a dozen cats whom they treat to leftover fish so the cats don't come roaming too much into the restaurant. Our daughter was lucky enough to accompany the owner on this errand before the restaurant opened.
WONDERFUL SERVICE!!!!!

Quel plaisir de retrouver Joël dans sa pizzéria. Il est loin le temps de Morne Lolo....
Accueil chaleureux, ambiance sympa, et pizzas légères et gouteuses.
Une belle soirée agrémentée par la visite d'André...

The Accra starter was delicious, others has good lobster, duck and steak. I have had tastier octopus but served with potatoes and rice! Some salad or green veg would have been better. Fresh squeezed orange juice, refreshing.
Very hot when first arrived, but staff turned fans up which made it comfortable.
Cosy decor.

My daughter and I ordered the fish lunch special. They also offered specials with rabbit or lamb. Our portions were generous and we had a choice of a side dish - fries or vegetable or gratin. We chose the gratin. It was quite good, and again, a large portion. We noticed lots of locals eating here which is usually a good sign for a restaurant. The lunch specials were under 9 euro each - a great deal! But the best thing we ordered was the accras appetizer. These salted fish "fried dumplings" were the best I've had. They have a little kick to them but I don't like spicy food and I loved these.
