We were so excited to try this restaurant, but we were disappointed. The restaurant was clean, the service was goo and the wait was not long, but the food was warm. The hamburger bun was hard. The food was ordinary.

I have been to O Max many times and it is a wonderful experience. It is just like going to a Diner which I love also. The Fish and Chips are fantastic and fresh. The chips are home made and not frozen like in most restaurants. When we go on Sundays, I like to order the Brunch plate which has everything and is less than $9.00. The restaurant is not fancy, but the food is better than you could get in a fancy restaurant.
You order at the front and the food is brought to you by a very friendly and helpful staff. It is a very friendly atmosphere and everyone talks to everyone else. You eat and have fun, so the meal is even better, if that is possible.
If you want to treat yourself, come to O Max and be surprised with the friendly service and the best food you there is. I myself love O Max and travel 50 km or 40 miles to get there. I have never been sorry for traveling that distance to eat at a great restaurant.

If you are looking for authentic Greek cuisine, skip this place. The food has a thin veneer of Greek, but that's it. We were very disappointed. For example, this "Greek" restaurant serves lasagna and chicken parmesan. That said, the facility is very nice and clean and the service was very good.

I at here often due to business travel and it was located inside my hotel. Suzanne was my waitress most of evening I ate there. She understood my gluten free needs and would double check with the chef if she did not have the answers. Some of the other waitresses did not understand as well due to the language barrier. Overall I had many lovely meals there and never got sick.

Went here for tje first time last week. Service was prompt and pleasant. The choice and quality of the sushi was above par. The rice was perfect and the rolls were well made and delicious. Try the dragons eye! Will be my go to local sushi place from now on.

It's hard to describe the feeling I got eating here. It can have the feel of a fine dining establishment in a small intimate space and also like you're in someones home. Both were pleasant. The food, decor and service were all very good. No complaints.

We ate a family dinner here. The food was mediocre at best. Think of Italian food from the 70's and you have a good idea of what to expect. Everything was very unoriginal. Red sauce rules. Prices were not great, either.

We had read about the breakfast at this popular cafe in Granby, QC. We were staying in North Hatley, but decided to drive over (about an hour) and we were quite happy we did. We were able to get a table, and looking around there were several gatherings of folks enjoying good coffee, company, & conversation. There is a "relaxed" sense about the place. Service is wonderful, you are never rushed. Once we had our coffee, we were given plenty of time to look over the menu. Having read a review that someone had felt that the service was less than prompt, I paid particular attention to tables around us & the Waitstaff. What I observed is this is really a "Cafe." You are in my opinion, by design, allowed to enjoy coffee & conversation without being rushed. This is a popular local place & mostly French. Our waitress was wonderful and we enjoyed everything about the place. My wife ordered the standard eggs & bacon, and I just had to try the meat lovers Pan (skillet) with bacon, sausage, ham, potatoes, 2 eggs, hollandaise, & grated Cheddar! It was fantastic!! Both my wife and I ordered our eggs over easy & they were perfect. The coffee, the food & the service were great; we loved it, and it was well worth our going out of our way to go here. There are only three parking spaces at the Cafe, but there was plenty of free parking across the river at a huge public lot. In addition you can enjoy walking off the huge breakfast with a walk on the beautiful rails to trail paved trail along the lake.

Been to La Maison Chez Nous four times now, and every time we tell ourselves we should go back soon. Not a cheap restaurant, I agree, but worth every penny. Food is very good, refined and inventive. Service is always warm and simple. I read...MoreThank you very much for your great comments. It was a pleasure to see you again. Good food and personalised service is our priority. I am so glad you appreciated it. See you soon!
