Gosselies is a section of the Belgian town of Charleroi within the Walloon region in the Province of Hainaut. Located in the north of Charleroi, it was a municipality of its own before the merger of the municipalities in 1977. Gosselies is the home of the headquarters of Caterpillar Belgium, as well as Solar Turbines Europe. The Brussels South Charleroi Airport (BSCA) is located in Gosselies too.

The restaurant doesn't look like much from the street, not even inside, but the true value is hidden underneath. The owner/server in single person provides incredible customer care even though he speaks only basic English so our interaction was somewhat limited. Even despite that, he was able to make me feel welcomed like a guest to his family table. The food is very tasty, not the usual "one spice for all" taste of the typical Chinese fast food. The meals are fresh, delicate and abundant in size.
To top it all, the value is incredible. You can order from a rich variety of separate meals or a couple of matched 3 course menus some of which are available already at about 15 EUR.

Whenever flying in or out of Belgium with Ryanair we stop off for a pleasant meal here. The Staff are friendly and helpful, the food is delicious and eventhough Ransart is a very small town the restaurant has a cosmopolitan feel and would make an absolute fortune if it was in a big city. A pleasure I look forward to every time.

Invited by a colleague we visited this restaurant. They present themselves as a restaurant with local food but you don't have to panic, they alsof serve the typical french cuisine. They have no fix menu (depending on the chef) which confirms the freshness of his food.

We arrived in the area with time to eat before returning our hire car to the airport. We found this Italian restaurant by chance, and we're not disappointed. Good, if not fluent, English was also spoken, which was a bonus! It is also very good value for the quality. An obvious favourite with the locals, which is always a good sign. We arrived 5 minutes after it opened, and within 20 minutes there were several tables occupied even though it was only 6 30pm.

Que de joies en voyant la carte et les suggestions ( poulpes, morue, seiches, entrecôtes,...) ...enfin des choses hors du commune ;-)
tous les plats étaient frais, délicieux et roboratifs.
Le vin excellent et bien conseillé.
bémol : effectivement, la salle assez moderne . elle peut ne pas plaire à certaines personnes moins "hypes ". Autre soucis , plus embêtant = l'insonorité. Il y avait une grande table d'environ 10 personnes et j'étais contente qd ils sont partis !!!!
Et je mets 10/10 pour le service et l'écoute des questions. le personnel toujours présent sans être envahissant . une qualité qui devient rare.
Après une entrée ( poulpes grillées), un plat (cataplane de poisson et fruits de mers) et un dessert maison ( flan au pain), je suis sortie de là repue. Ce qui est rare pour moi.
Le prix sont tout a fait abordable pour une telle qualité ( 3 services + vins+ apéro+ soft = 60 euros par pers )

The food is not bad but considering the prices it's far over rated. The carpacio is very simple, not refined and flat in taste. The main course was coming in the same basic manner, Angus beef became a chewing excercise instead of a delicious tasting tender peace. All in all a huge disappointment. Such a pitty for a restaurant with high end pretentions.

Découvert à l'occasion d'un déjeuner d'affaire, j'ai vraiment apprécié ce restaurant. Curry de poisson pour moi et tomate crevettes grises pour l'autre convive étaient vraiment savoureux. L'accueil et le service ont été comme il faut.

Plusieurs fois passé dans ce magnifique restaurant et tout est magique_
Nous sommes au Maroc avec une cuisine du pays bonne et bien préparée et du personnel qualifié_
Attention à la quantité...soyer=z gros mangeur ou ne prenez pas d 'entrée__
Nous avons pris ce menu complet avec le potage (déliciux) ,les scampis et le couscous 3 vandes + dessert (variété de patisseries marocaines)...
