La Capricciosa is a very popular restaurant offering good pizzas and pasta dishes, and really excellent fresh fish dishes. The mixed seafood antipasto is terrific. The restaurant can get VERY busy which at times slows the service, but everything is cooked to order and always delicious.

Just up the road from where we stayed, we only went once and it was very good. Lots of locals use it so the night we went it was very busy. I had a very nice plate of calamari my wife had salmon penne and we shared a litre of white wine. All very nice at around 40 euro.

"Ristorante Al Gambero Ghiotto" is the only restaurant in Golfo Aranci serving exclusively seafood dishes. Its environment is really friendly and particularly clean. You can try delicious dishes that are mainly inspired of fishermen and sailors. We can suggest you to try either the "Fritto Misto" (mix of fried seafood) that is always crispy and abundant or the mouthwatering sumptuous "Grigliata Mista" (mix of grilled fishes).you can have your dinner in our Terrace while enjoying the sea breeze. We are open every day during Spring and Summer for dinner only and for lunch upon reservation.
Fab meal, starter of mixed seafood was a wow, octopus, prawns, muscles all done different ways - prawn, fennel and orange was an amazing burst of flavour. Typical Sardinian pasta ravioli stuffed with potatoes and pecorino cheese was delicious, great value and service could not have been better, thank you

Was nice to see a restaurant that offered more than a wide array of seafood and/or pasta/pizza and it was recommended by a local bar owner.
It's a cosy little restaurant and only a stones throw from the sea so there's a stunning view guaranteed. The food was exquisite, in particular the Piglet.
I thought it was reasonably priced as well although, and would probably pay a lot more back at home for an equivalent.

Good location made it nice to sit outside, although it can get windy Food was acceptable, but nothing to rave too much about. Treated some arrivals as long lost friends, but international tourists seemed less welcome somehow.

We went there 3 times for our summer holidays in Sardegna and every times the food was amazing. We ordered mussels, fritto di Paranza, rana pescatrice, fresh grilled fish: delicious, fresh and real testing food. Lovely location and well prepared staff.

We stopped here for Lunch on our way to our Hotel. What a beautiful location with a relaxed friendly and casual restaurant. We ate simply, 2 platters, one Parma ham, tomatoes and mozzarella, the other Bresaola, rocket and parmesan. The portions were large, we had bread and they were 8 Euros each, so good value. Wine was 4 Euros a glass, just white, red or Rose, but perfectly good on a sunny day!
The restaurant was busy, but we did not book, turnover seemed quick as a lot of people were there for the day at the beach club.

A Terrace of Italian Beauty, where nature decorates its space with taste and balance, and allows the Guests to sit in the colors of the Sardinian nights and sunsets. With a stunning sea view. A selected proposal of territorial authenticity and quality excellence, favoring Sardinian raw materials without forgetting International flavors to innovate and surprise your buds. Chef Daniele Sechi will bring you into a full Mediterranean, Italian and Sardinian trip of the senses, and the Datome Family will make you feel home thanks to their almost 50 years of experience.
I was actually only looking for a cash point or ATM but parked the car to walk and this restaurant, which is part of a hotel, Gabbiano is on my receipt, was nearby and I popped in to ask for directions.
I then wandered around to check out the facilities and realised it is adjacent to a shallow sandy beach which the local teenagers were making use of. As I turned back I realised the restaurant was open for lunch, so I introduced myself and sat down.
The hotel is very pleasant and the food is good. The beach looks lovely and very tempting.
Service is very good, very attentive, and very discreetly helpful, encouraging you to try what the chef has prepared. House wine will be good, they make wine for local consumption and you don't serve rubbish to your family & friends.

Went to this place based on other people's reviews and it didn't disappoint!!! Lovely setting upstairs with nice open Terrace.
The service was very friendly (if limited English) and very quick.
The pizza I would rate as the best I've ever had!!! In at number 1!
We never go to the same place twice but we did during our week here.
Bravo!!
