First visit for luncheon and was pleasantly surprised how good it was in what is a poor town for restaurants. There is an attractive covered Terrace overlooking the sea and the interior is comfortable. I began with the raw fish folowed by spaghetti with clams, all were very good and not overly expensive for the quality

The fish of the day was superb, seasoned and cooked to perfection, definitely double thumbs up. The mixed seafood, was ok, the shrimp were large but not really meaty and the squid rated a 3. House salad with olive oild and balsamic was good, the side of grilled vegetables was undercooked and required a good dose of balsamic to consume.
Beware the vino de casa ! the red was simply bad, the white not so but quite young and fruity, my wife required it spritzed to drink.
Service was very friendly and helpful, however i got the impression he knew the vino di casa rossi was not fir for locals and was ok with pawning it off on a foreigner, perhaps an American in particular! ( His assumption as our accents are similar to the untrained ear)

The local is recently restructured with an unusual formula. Here you can eat specialities, sitting at the table or taking away. We offer a traditional Tuscany menu accompanied by an extensive wine list with more than 400 different tipes, mostly super Tuscany.Locale recentemente ristrutturato con formula insolita. Finding a typical Italian restaurant (not a one for tourist) in Follonica was a really nice surprise!
As antipasti, I can only recommend the Tuscany plate ... really great!
As main course, the "Baccala del Beccofino" is a must!
Pay attention that the place is quite busy, reserve in advance or be there early!

Calamari too hard, i expect it to be crispy outside and tender inside. The fries are just frozen precooked fries. I expected much more for such a high review.

In the Garden of Cri will return to delight in spring 2017! A positive environment, a fascinating place far from the bustle of summer tourism, although being between pinewood and seaside. The passion for cooking shared by each member of the staff lead by Cristina's creativity and knowledge is the most attractive recipe you'll find in our menu!
I'm really amazed, we booked the restaurant just because it is closed to our hotel (golfo del sole) but I can clearly state it was the best fish meal I had in the past ten years. I travel very frequently, I eat at least 100 times every year in restaurant in many different places and countries and it was really a pleasant surprise this meal. I was with my family and we all really enjoyed it. Clearly a place I'd recommend to anyone who love fish food

This restaurant is the place to eat fish. It has two terraces; one on the boulevard side and one on the sea side. You need to make a reservation at least a week upfront to have a seat on the seaside Terrace. The staff is very friendly and speaks english. Prices are moderate and a huge choice of fresh fish. Italian cuisine as it should be.

We have been booking following the suggestion of a "native" friend as he was valuing the place a lot. I confirm the choice! Friendly atmosphere, fresh fish crostini as an appetizer , seafood spaghetti and Vittoria (grandmas) baccalà. Good suggestion from a good wine list. Very good price /quality ratio.

Family businnes sinze 1937; homemade pasta, tipicol, fine and greatest prodoct as wine champagne and spirits. Fresh meet and cheeses hight quality for the kitchen; and Virgilio speack a fluent english.
Home made pasta, home made EVRYTHING, I loved the place....first to start is small restaurant where the Famiglia is taking care everything....they cook, they buy, they choose, they serve, they do everything and you can stay hourss!sss!!! I was walking and jump into a store in the corner of Via e Bicocchi and I saw what they where selling in their store, wines, cold cuts, food to go, etc....then we start talking to the owner and he says, we can serve you in our restaurant, next door!!! HEVEN was open for us!!! 7 tables, small restaurant....the door to the kitchen was open...of course I got close to it...and I said I STAY HERE!!! I want everything....we start with a very nice mortadela, Toscana prosciutto the best!!! Toscana Cheese!! Toscana Wine!!! Toscana EVerything!! pasta, the best home made pasta I had in my life!!!!!!!! we will back in March!!!!!

Loved it. Nothing bad to say. Had bruschetta for 3 with drinks and wasn't expensive. Quick service. Not too busy.
