Lovely place. Friendly service. Food sometimes excellent , but the odd time not great. However, it's its not bad at all!

Last week I was in this restaurant with my 2 collegues. A reservation is highly recommended. I had the entrecote steak which was of excellent quality with fries. I have had better fries (frites). For a restaurant in Belgium this should be a simple dish. The second remark was the sauce that was recommended with the stake, good sauce, but a good steak shouldn't need a sauce. Our wine choice was the The Sol fa Sol wine, which was very good!

Very good and personal service, good quality food, but my partner and I couldn't understand why it has received a Michelin star. Nothing special. Except for the price: too high. Correction: the food is too expensive, the wine by the glass is not. They don't offer a set menu for the evening, so you are obliged to take à la carte, which is always more expensive.

Visited this restaurant with a friend couple. It’s cosy and staff is friendly yet we had few incidents when they forgot our request (like bringing extra water, cooking steak well as there was a pregnant one etc...).
Food is good and definitely filling. Prices are a bit high but didn’t find it too pricey compared to what you get.
All in all a good restaurant even I wouldn’t go really often.

The classement today of the restaurant is 8 in the section Tea and coffee but we are a real restaurant (bistronomie) with 600 different kind of wines kind regards
I booked this place for dinner on our wedding annivesary and was so looking forward to the experience given the great reviews. I noticed a number of couples walking into the restaurant asking for tables but they were turned away, which to me was impressive as most of the customer base seemed to be regulars. The staff were very helpful and had great knowledge of the menu. I asked about the beef/steak onglet and was asked how I would like it cooked? I replied 'medium' and then I was then informed that this would not be possible as the chef wouldn't allow this to happen and it had to be rare. This is the first time I have ever experienced this in any restaurant and I find it shocking as the paying customer, regardless of what the chef thinks or opinions on how something is cooked. I ended up with beef cheek and beetroot, the beef was lovely but there was far too much beetroot on the plate. To make matters worse, my wife had the pork chop and about half way through she noticed blood starting to seep out of the meat! Given the response to me wanting my steak being cooked how I would like it? The waiter was very polite and offered to change the pork but by this time we had seen enough, and we asked for the bill and left. There was no discount or refund offered for the undercooked pork, and as much as I find that dissapointing I really couldn't be bothered to argue this point on our anniversary. I was suprised by our experience as the place is lovely, the staff were knowledgable and the majority of the reviews looked fantastic.

This place is one of the friendliest I have been to in the area. I appreciated the kind and warm welcome of the person who I believe must be the owner. I also appreciated the originality of the starters, which was a bit different from what I am used to in other Belgian food restaurants. I was not entirely satisfied with my main course but that was my fault for trying something I do not normally eat. The rest of my family was fully satisfied with all their courses. We will certainly come back.

The place is original and good for dates. The service was good except that one of the waiters didn't know English at all. The white fish had no taste at all but the lemon sauce was good and mashed potatoes and vegetables okay. Prices are quite high in Bruxelles.

Called on a Saturday evening - it was around 6.00pm and we hadn't made a reservation. Although it was quiet at that time, the waiter advised us that the "better" tables at the back in the Terrace were all reserved. We were given a smaller table just opposite the entrance to the loos. We noticed most diners didn't arrive until we had finished and we were about to leave Apart from that, the waiters were jolly, efficient and humourous. The menu is limited but the food is good and the prices reasonable. There's a small selection of draft beers and a large selection of bottles. We had a main course each and two drinks each. The special Spijtigenburger was large and v tasty. Overall a pleasant evening - we'll be back.

The interior, old brasserie style, is amazing.
The menu is limited (menu 35€) and suggestions on the blackboard propose the Chef's inspiration of the day. Food is delicious varying from French classics to original fusion-like taste combinations. Yet get quality product with great taste but price/quality ratio is NOK if you opt for the basic dishes.

In this hidden gem, behind what looks like another kebab junk, you'll find the cosiest moroccan couscous restaurant in town. Couscous and tajines absolutely delicious, the meat is always melting in your mouth. I've been there many times, and only today tried the chicken/raisins one, is a delight. No frill yet friendly staff, you feel this is a family well oberlooked business.
