Visited here on the recommendation of another foodie and visited recently with my wife.
We were welcomed by the owner and we found the staff in general to be very knowledgeable and helpful. It helped to make for a really nice evening. The food was also superb.
I would definitely visit again.

After many years we finally stopped for lunch at Pierrot, and are so glad that we did. The staff were warm but professional, and the meal delicious. They have a lovely outdoor Terrace shaded by beautiful vines stretching across trellises- would be cool even on...Morebonjour tout notre équipe vous remercie de votre témoignage a bientôt Mr Pierrot Jean Paul

I have now eaten at Le Nid on 4 occasions - twice at lunchtime and twice in the evening. There are several good restaurants in Flayosc but this undoubtedly has the best standard of food and cooking. The setting may not be the best, but the experience is extremely good. Each dish is a work of art, well thought out and executed. There is great attention to detail using good quality and mostly local produce. It is easy to forget that this is all done by a husband and wife team. Although busy on the night we eat there they never appeared to be flustered and the service done with a smile! My only concern for them is that as they become even more busy they will need extra help.

We've dined in Le Cigalon a few times, but this was the first time with the new owners, a husband and wife time, like so many others in the village.
We were two adults and two children and they offered a special children's meal of potatoes and chicken was great. (It tried it too!)
We opted for a fancy multi-course menu and it did not disappoint. All the food was perfectly prepared and I cleared my plate. The chocolate dessert was a little too heavy and too much for me, but if you love chocolate this would probably be right up your street. Reasonable value too.

It was restaurant week in France with many restaurants participating in the 2 for 1 offer. This was one of the participating restaurants. We were given a table on the Terrace as requested, and given the special menu for the offer. 4 starters, of which we would receive all 4 (2 of each), a choice of 4 main courses and 4 desserts, all for 35 Euros for both of us. Fantastic value. The food was superb - foie gras on toast with fig jam, chopped salmon and cucumber in a sauce in small glasses, thin smoked ham with shaved parmesan cheese, and pieces of cheesy pizza, all for starters. We oth had the beef fillet which cut like and dream and tasted just as good. Only very minor criticism, it wiuld have been nice ot have just a few vegetables, and less french fries.I had a gooey chocolate fondant, and my husband a gaspacho of pineapple with ice. All very very tasty. Good bottle of Brouilly, plus water, and we left feeling great. Would highly recommend this place.

Had an evening meal - gambas and chicken. Nothing very fancy, but excellent cooking and very personal service. Highly recommended.

Lunchtime, sitting on the Terrace with all French customers. We chose from the menu du jour at 15.40Eu. Choice of three starters- we enjoyed the terrine de poissons and the assisted de charcuterie. After I had the mussels whilst my wife ate the linguini carbonara. Both were pronounced good although my mussels were rather on the small side, the individuals not the portion! No room for desserts but rounded off with cafe.
Service was prompt and reasonably friendly and the free wifi appreciated.
We would recommend!

The location doesn't sound much, a restaurant tucked away in the corner of a light industrial estate overlooking a car park, but that really doesn't tell the whole story. It was really a very nice restaurant and a family run business. The son, Maximillian served us and he was great, friendly, chatty and a pleasure. The food was very good sized portions. Five of us had pasta and one had pizza. The lasagna was perhaps a little on the dry side but all the rest of the dishes were very good. We will definitely return as the value for money was excellent and the quality was generally very good. 120 euros for main courses a few desserts and wine and beer and for six people.

Bonne adresse

Super little restaurant in central Draguignan. Great salads and other dishes served by delightful staff. Situated in a little courtyard with two other eateries.
Seemed popular with local business folk. Good value
( When we asked directions to the American Cemetery the boss went off to the Tourist Office to get us a map )
