I have dined at this restaurant numerous times when it was under previous management and on 3 occasions since new management took over mid 2017.
Under the previous management the food and service was fantastic and to get something of comparable quality in the city you would pay substantially more.
Since the new management it's never been as good , not that it was initially bad but just not as good as it was under former management. For instance the waiting staff are inexperienced and inattentive. We made allowances thinking they are still finding their groove and things would pick up.
Our 3rd which will be our final visit was very ddissapointing.
Frozen prawns for a starter!! And this is supposed to be a seafood restaurant with a fish market next door ??
The steaks although edible were tepid as though they had been forgotten about and the restaurant wasn't busy.
Service was very inattentive, had to ask for water, no inquiries for drinks etc. I noticed another diner had to go to reception for a menu.
Very very sad that the new management has run this place down and their is no sign of improvement. Realistically you can now get a bistro meal locally that outshines this establishment.
I really can no longer recommend this establishment.

The facility was used by us nearly 20 years, the quality is very steady no matter the owner is there or not , the food they serve are the same in last 20 years. I notice that the chilli oil are thinner than before even the taste is the same. And their crispy chicken and Hainanese chicken use same prepared material which is not good. Strongly recommend they cancel these two dishes then they will be 5 out of 5. The one reason we use this restaurant is because they have wider selections yet not focus too much on Chinese. Therefore their production is a little bit different with others, As an experienced customer I fell very safe because so many choice available even though 9 out of 10 times I only order grilled double pork chops. Another good reason is the service is very fast and the owner and his wife are very friendly and not talk too much which I thought is good.

We visited this restaurant almost 5 months back. That time, the food and service was really great. But can't imagine what has happened this time. We ordered one Channa battura, one thali of the day, punjabi thali, Ghee roast and a chilli baji .After ordering the food, we waited for 55 minutes for the first food to come( ghee dosa) . And our last food came at 1 hour 10 minutes. ( channa Battura). Gulab jamu with the punjabi thali, i had to remind them multiple time before we got it.
I told them about the wait time. They dont have an answer.
Its really shame to drop your quality by this level. There is something really happening in the process that caused it. If this is the service you are going to provide, its going to be a tough future for you

Friendly staff and clean inside.
First thing noticed is the excessive noise of blaring music. Having a conversation is quite difficult.
Ordered a burger and chips.
Burger was tasty but on the small side. Chips came in a tiny paper cup and we're very salty.
Was an expensive burger for $22 ...

Went for dinner at Beletti and it was fantastic. Very friendly staff, food was generous servings and delicious. Staff were friendly and attentive. Will definitely be back

A very homely atmosphere greeted us at this establishments, welcoming smiles and friendly service throughout the stay. The food - menu was typical Polish, presented with tasty & large portions. Dumplings a plenty of every type of meat and vegetarian as well. Potato cakes (rostie) are a favourite of my family and taste sensational. We booked for a table of 10 and were in a small room we shared with group of 10 other people, so this made the space very narrow and a bit uncomfortable. However it did not detract from the very deliscious food & friendly service.

First time here, busy bustling place. Liked the vibe and relaxed atmosphere. Pretty crowded and loud after 7pm on a Saturday. The array of dishes is quite overwhelming. I would suggest looking at menu online prior, everything has a pic and a number.
We went with friends, casual relaxed fast service, massive serves, so come hungry! It's not a romantic or ...smart trendy place. Across from public toilets and multi level car park in a lane, so ...on first impression ...But bare with it, food is great. The line out front for dinner should indicate this! Not wheel chair friendly in anyway, and if you have a pram good luck. Value for money, good yummy huge variety cheap eats. BYO

We had the daily special of Barramundi in Tempura batter with chips and salad as well as the Bruschetta with mushrooms and cheese. At a total cost of $28.50 this was certainly economical. The food was okay. The salad and chips were very good. The battered Barramundi was average only. the Bruschetta was quite good, tasty but perhaps a bit greasy.
We were pleased to find this spot in this area. The dining room is pleasant and comfortable and the service is friendly though no exactly rapid.
Worth a return visit when in this neighbourhood.

Join the Vietnamese locals in the fast moving line, who, like me, will tell you this is Springvale’s best Pho. Try the rare beef and tendon noodle soup. The flavour is always perfect, the portion size is generous and the service is efficient. NUMBER 1 IN Springvale.
