Fantastic cuisine, I cannot find any other word to describe the food both ladies cook, and service this place offers. If you are in the neighbourhood make sure not to miss this place. Beware: the rations are huge !

This restaurant is located on a side street in the city center. The staff is very friendly and helpful. A big dining room with the possibility to eat on Terrace, but only in the summer. The food is simple but very tasty, served in generous portions.

Near Serra da Estrela, in Covilhã city, make a visit to Laranjinha and enjoy all the typical specialties of this region in a cozy atmosphere.
The staff was very friendly and welcoming explaining the ingredients of the different starters and typical plates.
Ask in Portuguese and try some really delicious food as "Bochechas de porco", "Bacalhau", "Tostada Fiambre Fumado", "Queijo á Brás e Ovo Estrelado".
The price was very good for what we had ... good beer, wine and a lot of delicious and tasty food for 14 € each person.

Lucky we arrive early, take our order and service was quick. Later with the house almost full, the service was a mess. The restaurant was OK and the concept is good, but they need to solve 'staff' issue. Key element. 'Tábua de queijos e enchidos' should have more 'enchidos'. 'Salmon bruschetta' was very good. 'Crepe' well prepared, nice desert.

It's a small cafe-like place, with great ambience, friendly and helpful staff, and delicious food. The menu has good diversity, with salads, hamburguers, bruschettas, pasta, and much more. The price is very fair, we were 2 for lunch, we ate very well and paid 18€. So, overall it's a very good place to eat. Highly recommended.
