I had dinner at Pasha with my wife and daughter for my birthday. The environment was very classy and were seated at a circular mahogany dining table.
The food was spectacular with highlights including orecchiette with rabbit and black truffle and amazing pigeon with a bean paste.
The restaurant was not especially busy on a Monday night and had insufficient staff required to give the expected level of service for a 1* Michelin restaurant. Our first three courses were served promptly and then we ended up waiting 45 minutes for our cheese course. I complained and was told that the wait was due to the fact the cheese was refrigerated and needed to warm up. I really expect much better preparation than this for a 1* restaurant. The delay was so long that we were never shown a desert menu which really spoiled my memories of Pasha. I have visited many 1*, 2* & 3* restaurants and really expect not only the food to be exceptional but, the service to be flawless. Unfortunately for Pasha this was not the case.

Yes, difficult but true! We found this gem hidden away in a small street, and it didn't even click as a restaurant before we turned the corner, and were hit by fantastic smells from the kitchen! We managed to get a table and was it worth the wait! Italy is renowned for its food, particularly pizzas amongst other delights. This place is advertised as a genuine Neapolitan pizza parlour and though I have been many time to Naples. can safely say that this was one of the very best pizzas I ever had. Light and savoury, an example of less is more. try their mezzalunas - never had anything quite like them anywhere. A definite must for visitors. Ensure you book, as place is a mecca for locals.

Pizza and Art of Puglia
We came without reservation! How lucky us ... een couple give their table to us. Service and food is good and fast but organic wine was not our taste ...

Goffredo restaurant truly is the jewel in the crown of the Hotel Relais Corte Altavilla, an historical palace located in stunning Conversano. Whether dining al fresco or within its comfortable interior, Goffredo promises fine local cuisine and a great atmosphere. A delightful menu with organic, certified and true local products, from starters to desserts, for only 32 Euros per person (excluding drinks) is available for dinner, Monday to Saturday. Lunch on Sundays.
We were staying in the hotel and we're delighted with the restaurant, its staff and quality of food.
A special thank you to Guisseppi who worked very hard to see that he and his colleagues provided fabulous service. The evening menu was delicious and the breakfasts were excellent! The coffee machine worked overtime to keep up with us and it performed well!!
Great views and wonderful to see so many swifts flying about - they seem so scarce in the UK compared to a few years ago (less insects!).

Savì is a place like no other. They took a french tecninque and they modified it introducing Apulian style ingredients. Result is a special mix of passion, genuinity and goodness. I went for a Home Made Carpaccio: something amazing. I choose a Crepe with apulian chees and mushrooms. I do not precisely remember the name... but it was AMAZING. I reccomend a "you & me". A great sweet crepe for 2 people. I WANT TO BE BACK. A MUST SEE PLACE

I ordered a beer made of canapé with an extraordinary good taste, a Swiss type of beer from Appenzeller, quite good, but this is not a birreria The pizza was less, I do not know what kind of yeast was used but the pizza did not rise. Besides in the pizza was too much tomato sauce, the cheese nearly drowned. Maybe next tine eI will ask for less.

Conversano does not have an over abundance of cafes. This was the only one that had really good looking pastries. We were not disappointed, even though we have had better pastries in cities renowned for their cafes. The ice creams also looked good, but we did not sample them. What recommends the Incontro is its prices. Cappuccinos at 1.10€ and pastries at 1.40€ and 2.50€. I challenge you to find pastries this good at prices so low. Alas, almost everyone was eating ice cream.

Bernardo's place is very cozy and I have to say that the prices are extremely fair considering the size of the pizzas. The owner is very approachable and the price has a nice atmosphere, might need a reservation on weekends or at night as the locals tend to come here.
