Lovely courtyard setting, attentive service, the ris de veau was excellent, carpaccio of broccoli was a bit strange just raw broccoli, but the langoustine were outstanding.
One main course the clams was very disappointing as they were totally caked in salt and were untouched.
Good service, expensive wine list

We loved all our dishes. The fragrant prawn curry, perfectly cooked fillet steak, tasty lasagne and delicate goats cheese parcels. My only complaint was that my creme caramel was too big to finish. The caramelised apple dessert was fine too. Add to that the wonderful quirky artistic decor, delightful host, and the limoncello lounge on the roof and you have an excellent night out.

Four for Saturday lunch, limited but excellent daily menu, in a small restaurant that could seat twenty people or so.
Everything is cooked to order, therefore patience is a virtue!
Probably best to come on a weekday, where more menu choices could be available.
Vegetarians beware!

When you are tired of over-priced and mediocre food in St. Tropez, take a short drive to this outstanding restaurant--stay to the right at the roundabout toward Toulon. I suggest an 8:30 reservation, leaving St. Tropez at 8:15 because if you go earlier, you will be caught in the mob leaving the beach. You park in the main parking lot in front of the City Hall, just behind the Tourist Office. Going home will be fast, as all the traffic will be gone.
Now to the food. We had an amazing starter which was composed of 5 different small tastes. 3 in large shot glasses and 2 on the plate--3 were fish-based, one of foie gras, and one of duck. Beautifully presented and delicious. We paired everything with a bottle of Val d'Astier rose' (my favorite wine from Cogolin). There is no outdoor Seating, and no bar scene. It is about food.
The main course was a slow-cooked lamb sitting on layers of confit of onion , then mushrooms, and topped with a potato mixture. It was melt-in-your-mouth wonderful.
The dessert was beautifully presented in a wine glass, with red fruits and a layers of a soft white cheese. I can still taste it.
All-in-all a wonderful meal in a beautiful setting. Can't wait to go again!

Passing this restaurant we went inside and was amazed at the decor and the friendliness of the staff. We were given a table outside which was very welcomming on a balmy evening.
The food was very good and reasonably priced. The poison soup was excellent tasty and plentiful. The prawns were large and presented very nicely. The rest of our meal was enjoyable we all agreed we would return.

We were recommended this restaurant and were very grateful. From the outside it looks charming and inside the decor was lovely. I loved the cherubs in the ladies cloakroom. The service was friendly and relaxed and every dish was gorgeous. I tried the carpaccio of beef and confit of duck with a fab dauphinoise and a creme brulee for dessert, washed down with a lovely house red. All from a set menu at 26 euros. I was transported back to holiday in my youth in France and would come back to Cogolin just to visit this restaurant again. I couldn't fault anything, even the music was good. Definitely one of the best restaurants I've been in for a while.

We were actually looking for restaurants that were ranked much higher than this one, but being a Monday evening they were closed. This little restaurant in the old town is in a delightful setting under a plane tree next to a Fountain. Although basically a pizza restaurant we choose to have the set menu at 24euros and were not disappointed. My starter salad gourmand was excellent as was my partners toasted Camembert then I had pork Provençal, very good, my partner had steak. The portions were very generous but we managed to eat our Deserts the chocolate one being very yummy. The service was excellent, would thoroughly recommend this restaurant for a good value meal.

We docked our boat next to the restaurant right on the waterfront in Cogolin near St Tropez. The restaurant was recommended to us by some friends who work around the port. We didn't regret. We had some Vietnamese ravioli of course, various Dim Sums, all excellent for the place and to follow, a chicken with vegetables, salt and peper and hot chilli prawns with rice vermicellis, all excellent. Nougat for dessert.
We will be back, as there is no exotic restaurant in this area and we were happy with this one.

A regular haunt, but given the outstanding food and service who wouldn't come here on a regular basis.
The courtyard setting is outstanding, the food sublime, and the 19 Euro fixed price lunchtime menu is quite exceptional value.
Terrific steaks, great fresh fish, the risottos are extremely good as well.
Can't speak to highly of the place.
You will need to book in advance though.
