Not much changes from the last time we visit this place. Small playground but well maintain enough to entertain kids below 4 yo. Try their beef steak with mushroom sauce: recomended. Also their sop buntut come with delicious taste. The price is fair and affordable. They still open their snacks shop, which now offer moo moo roll cake. They should give more a little attention for toilet cleaness.

Their location was good, we can see the road curb from our table while having meal.
The food was not special with expensive price (well, it's normal on the tourist area).
We visited this place just because curious about this old restaurant.
Second visit? Hmm... maybe we won't.

I went here with my family to buy some souvenirs. The place is famous for their milk and yogurt. They have lots of variants inside, including milk, yogurt, chocolate, sponge cake, etc. Inside has a restaurant too with river view. A suitable place for family with kids as well.

Great Middle Eastern food but I'm not the type of guy that would eat with my hands so I was given a little plastic fork. Service is poor and little English is spoken. The downfall is that hookah is smoked and I hate that smell. I sad as far from the smokers but still bothered me. Food was good.

We had breakfast in Amen Express before we play in Cibodas, maybe we arrived at 7AM at this place but peoples already eat there, so I'm not sure what time Amen Express open. We went here to have our lunch because many people are having their meal here, so we were attracted to try the food too. The taste is great, kangkung and gurame are nice, but we do not really like the sate kambing. Anyway, here has a good view so u can enjoy the view while having the meal.

I'm referring to the Raffles Restaurant located in the road to Taman Safari, NOT the Raffles Restaurant in the puncak main road.
This is the 3rd or perhaps 4th time I visited this restaurant. Whenever we are visiting Taman Safari, this restaurant is a must visit.
The best thing about this restaurant is ONLY the food. I've tried many items in the menu and all are great. I have never experienced any dissapointment if it is regarding the taste of the food.
Besides that, all are problems. The property was old without proper maintenance. The children playground was actually a dangerous zone as all the steel are full of stain. The fish pond was really dirty, full of leaves and mould. The lesehan were also tear and wear.
The service was amazingly dissapointing. On the last visit (it was on the working days), I could say that 50% of what we ordered was not available. And therefore we need to change it to other foods which is not really easy as we were there in group. And after that we need to wait until 90 minutes for the food to arrive. Wow! Our family was the only guests on that day and we need to wait such a long time! I could not imagine if it is during weekends where many guests must be there. We needed to complaint several times before we could finally enoy the meal.
Will we back again to this restaurant ? Probably yes but some tactics need to be implemented. Perhaps we will order and pay in advance with the notes that we will be back in an hour or two so that they have sufficient time to prepare. Honestly, if the food was not that delicious, we will not return :)

Not much to tell except good food in a nice breezy cold air place.
Went there with family, pretty crowded at peak hour, ordering was fast and easy though. Price was reasonable with it's taste and restaurant location. They serve local, western and asian dishes but according to my taste the pasta and salad wins the competition. Be sure you are at the upper fl to be in that white painted furniture room, not the one at ground fl.

Going to Pancak means... big traffic jams on the way, up or down.
To save you from that frustrating part, stop at this nice place, where food is really, really good for Indonesia countryside! Wester food we're talking about here.
Good service, clean and enjoyable dining area... except the background TV noise, a nice music would fit better.
They also have some beers... not many cold, but at least some alcohol in this very "dry" area!!
Net, a good place to eat while waiting (or praying) for the traffic jams to ease ;)

we visit this nice restaurant on our last trip to puncak ... they have outside tables on garden with nice view ... the taste of food was nice and delicious ...the location is infront of Kamanana restaurant.
