The Riverside's restaurant offers a choice of services when it comes to its restaurant. For a formal affair with the evening restaurant set-up elegantly for a superb dining experience, you can choose from an à la carte menu with exceptional food complemented by an extensive list of fine wines. Alternatively, the daytime tearoom is perfect for informal lunches, meals and afternoon teas. Leading from the dining room is access to our exclusive tea garden next to the running waters of the River Valency.
We enjoyed a late lunch here on Saturday afternoon. The food was delicious as was the wine and views across the river. Everything was well presented and the service was friendly and efficient. we would definitely come back again as we had a lovely afternoon here..

This exquisite restaurant nestled inside the Lanteglos Country House Hotel in Camelford, Cornwall, provides an idyllic escape from city life. Set in 15 acres of enchanting Gardens and woodlands, The Garden Restaurant is only minutes away from the North Cornish coast, pretty fishing villages, Tintagel castle and the beautiful Port Isaac. Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, the family-friendly Garden Restaurant offers a good selection of seasonal main courses, home made puddings and cheeses, and a variety of vegetarian options. Favourite dishes include the local Cornish crab with lemon and coriander in a filo parcel with avocado crème fraiche; and the apricot and spinach stuffed saddle of lamb served with mashed potato and a redcurrant and Madeira jus.eu
We visited Lanteglos as residents and were not disappointed.
This is not a noisy busy venue but a gentile considered venue
- I expect if there is a wedding party my comments might not apply.
Our experience was lovely, with good but not fussy service a well
thought out menu with ample choice and good value. As a couple we
will certainly return

Small and intimate restaurant, serving authentic, rustic Italian cuisine.
Lovely place for authentic Italian food. Very welcoming, friendly family restaurant. They are happy to serve gluten free pasta in most meals. Delicious food even the gluten free options. We would certainly recommend eating here.

Hi from sunny Cornwall! We source as much of the food & drink locally as possible and we cook simple but well prepared food. Local fresh fish,home-made pizzas, burgers and daily specials. We also have fresh cakes, Cornish cheeses, meats and Cornish smoked fish in our deli.Charlie would like to welcome families to the restaurant and we even have a special indoor play area for toddlers. We do small portions of our regular menu, so everyone can enjoy the same food.Come and enjoy some good, honest foodand see us very soon! From Daniel, Rebecca & Charlie xxx
Had a delightful lunch with a lovely cup of tea, surrounded in an Aladdin’s cave of Cornish produce to purchase and a well stocked deli counter.
This quaint little establishment was overseen by a lovely young lady whose manner was one of kindness and enthusiasm- delicious sand which was eaten with pleasure- many thanks x

With its cosy dog friendly bars, huge roaring log fires and sloping beamed ceilings, The Old Inn & Restaurant is Cornwall's highest Inn and is situated in the moorland village of St Breward, best known for its granite quarries, breathtaking views, rich history and roaming ponies.
Called in here this afternoon for Sunday lunch and it was excellent. Chose the 2 meat selection, which was a very generous portion. Lovely roasties and choice of veg and Yorkshire puds. The restaurant is comfortable and beautifully decorated for Christmas. Was very busy though and we had to park quite a distance away. Staff friendly. Lovely clean toilets too. Only downside was the several smokers standing in the porchway, so we had to walk through a wall of smoke going in and the same going out. We are on holiday so may try it in the week when it’s less busy. Apart from the smokers, I would highly recommend.

A wonderful old pub which began life as a coaching inn on the London road, dates back to 1600s and the beams, slate floors all reflect this. A great find. Has always had a good reputation and it lived up to it on the day...MoreThankyou for your nice comments. We all look forward to seeing you again soon .From all at The Masons Arms

A lovely little cafe with lots of food and cake delights on offer. The soup was delicious and clearly home made. The cream tea was also plentiful and the scone lovely and warm. It is only a small place but the service was great and everything was cooked to order.

Here at Hilltop we have a Farm Shop & Restaurant set in a garden area with pretty views of the Cornish Countryside. Parking, toilet facilities, disabled access, Wi-fi and an undercover outside Seating area to make your visit even more relaxing.
Don’t bother taking children, staff extremely rude pulling faces behind our backs. Very unprofessional, do not recommend. Iv actually never experienced anything like it before, very shocked.
