I've been there directed by great reviews on TripAdvisor. Location is terrible, it's just a restaurant in the middle of shopping mall. In between of shoeshop and some clothing retail. Strange location, especially fot this high priced establishment. Food is great but portions very small. Service was very long however waiting time was announced by waiter in advance. Sushi fusions are great. Really recommend the one with ale. Mango smoothie with spices is just outstanding.

This restaurant serves pancakes mostly, variously filled with cheese, vegetables, meat, or sweet ingredients. All the pancakes I tried were excellent, both as main course and as dessert. They also have good soups, especially a mushroom soup that is served inside a baked pastry with thick crust. The venue's atmosphere is casual and pleasant; service is fast and courteous. Portions are generous and very cheap. I'd recommend it, unless you want to have a more formal dinner.

A beautiful brewery on the river (it's great in spring/summer when the weather is better) where you can taste different kinds of homemade beer (you can buy a kit of four different samples - truly advised!). To try the Indian food too, really well made :-)

It has the atmosphere of rich bourgeois house from the belle époque. Weranda serves a unique Kobe beef sirloin, and the cellar contains an excellent selection of over 100 different wines and champagnes. We provide our guests with professional sommelier’s assistance in the selection of wines and alcoholic beverages. On weekends, starting from 7 p.m., we invite live piano music. In addition, we have separate rooms where we can hold meetings and parties for 8 to 50 guests. We also invite you to our Cigar Lounge where you can benefit from a restaurant service as well as an extensive range of cigars and cigarillos. All our guests are provided with a free of charge car park.

Thanks to a kind person we asked while walking at the main square we arrived to this place. A bit far from the downtown area it takes about 10 minutes to get there by taxi.
The place resembles a typical country house with wooden walls and candle light. Very kind service considering that as foreigners we needed to ask for almost everything to order.
The food was excellent. We tried the typical
'Dumplings': meat, caramelizad onion and cheese. Then We had ribs marinated with garlic and honey. Both great dishes. For dessert we were suggested local Cheese Cake and Apple pie, both delicious.
In summary a very good place to get an idea about local food.

We enjoyed our Sunday lunch in this quirky Bistro.
Great atmosphere,lots going on as the place was very popular and full.
Personally our waitress was a star as she was so very friendly,attentive and informative re the meals
We thoroughly enjoyed our meals at this property.
It has a lovely air of quirky ness that really impressed us.
Food was absolutely fine however I’d of personally liked more flavour to my French onion soup and my chicken Kiev that they call De Volaille.
All in all the atmosphere carried the restaurant.
Food was plain but nice but could be flavoured a little more.

Said to be the best place for ice creams in Bydgoszcz. Though I can't say the taste of those I had (bydgoskie and cookie) would mesmerize me, I must say they indeed are of high quality, unique types and big portions (with lots of added ingredients like really big bits of cookies). Worth visiting, especially that you have a wonderful park very near to have a look at too.
