I recently had lunch with one of my best friends in "Rose", and we had a great time. The service was great, and so was the food, as always. However, the thing that was even better was the fact the place was very well climatized. The temperature outside was about 35 degrees Celsius, but inside the restaurant, it was just perfect. Even with the window doors open. Great for any kind of visits! Would highly recommend,

On 7th July 2010 Happy opened its second restaurant in the city of Bourgas. It is located in the emblematic Bulgaria hotel. Now residents and visitors to Bourgas can enjoy the unique Happy specialties here too. There are the well-known Happy meals, as well as authentic Japanese sushi, prepared by trained professionals.
Nothing to write home about. The menu was extensive (and you can ask for an English-language version) but, despite sampling several items, nothing was truly remarkable.
Ambience is like a particularly loud Applebee's.

Happy's first restaurant in Burgas opened on 7th July 2006. During these years it became a favorite spot for visitors and citizens of Burgas to relax with a good company, always delicious food, first class service and, of course, the unique Happy atmosphere. The restaurant has 120 seats in the covered part, 260 in the garden, a parking lot for visitors.
Yes the Happy Bar and Grill is a good place to eat. The personal is at high level. The organization and service or good. You can just go to drink cocktails or eat sushi.

I actually like Starbucks, this is one which is like all of the rest and that isn't a bad thing. The staff are helpful and although on the particular day I visited they weren't able to make hot drinks because they didn't have any hot water I was happy with the Frappuccino I ordered. There is Wi-Fi too which is a decent speed.

We visited Teniova Kashta for dinner and ordered some different dishes such as sach, kyopolu (Кьопоолу), bean soup, pitka (bread), grilled meat & vegetables. Everything was tasty. Staffs were friendly and we also liked the atmosphere and decoration. It's better to make a reservation in advance.

At Incanto located at 4 Baba Ganka Square you can enjoy a cozy home atmosphere and a welcoming attitude. The restaurant has three different style rooms, a Terrace with comfortable sofas and a heated winter garden. The care and passion with which we work is perceived by the smallest details.
Unfortunately I didn’t go here before my last night in Burgas. Incanto is definitely a nice restaurant to chill all night on a summers day and staff is friendly too. In my opinion their menu is too large and I would advise them to focus on a bit less variety. I had a grilled steak salad which was ok in taste but too expensive. When I saw other people ordering sushi I got jealous because it looked good. Waitress hadn’t mentioned that they also serve sushi and did not bring the separate menu.
So I ordered tuna nigiri after salad and they were very good. For dessert I had a chocolate banana tiramisu kind of dish. It was rich and yummie.
Incanto is definitely a nice restaurant to go to if you pick the right dishes. I would surely return.

It's a nice place to eat in, in the city center of Burgas.
Nothing impressive from my point of view. I had the octopus, which was a bit chewy, and felt very artificial, and a big casserole of mussels, which were ok.
Things to improve:
- staff English
- get some child seats
- card payment - I had to go search for an ATM to be able to pay (it wasn't too far though)
If you find yourself in the area, it's a good stop, but I wasn't too impressed by their seafood...

I visited Neptun on the 14th September with my parents. We haven’t been there since 2015 and we were really surprised when nothing’s changed. The staff is always with a smile, always taking a care of the clients. The food was delicious, so the quality is the same. Our waiter-cannot recall his name, but he was a tall bald guy, was more than helpful. Keep up the good work!
