I had pasta and desert and they were really tasty. I also tasted my colleague's pasta and desert and they were also very tasty.
The service is not amazing...the waiter had basicly a poker face...you could get no feeling other than the fact that at times I felt like I was disturbing him...so not that good in this respect but not that bad either.
However, the restaurant is central, it has a big Terrace, a varied menu and very good food so you should definately give it a try. Maybe you will even be luckyer with the service.

One of the best places in town, considering the location and all. Nice interior, friendly waiters. Too bad they obviously have more than just a chef, which reflects into the quality of service. Sometimes, food is great, sometimes ok, other times it's plain bad.

Let me start off with saying that it took like twenty minutes to get a menu. I've traveled a lot in Romania and know that most restaurants there have slower service and are very different from American restaurants, but seriously, twenty minutes for a menu. When I went there in mid-July there was no indoor sitting which, again, is common for Romania but it was extremely hot outside. I ordered the Sweet and Sour Shrimp with fries and was not impressed. However, I tasted some things from my family and it was some of the best food I had. The fries were cold and the shrimp tasted as if they were just taken out of the freezer. Also, the prices were expensive for Romania, however, if your on an American budget, this place will seem affordable-ish.

I have eaten one this restaurant several time but never I can't finished my order because in this place the small plate is the big plate in a normal restaurant. What represents this restaurant, is all ingredients from food are from personal garden and Farm.

We visited Rediu first time 2 years ago within a wedding party and were impressed not only by the quality and variety of the food offer, but also by the high level of service the staff have provided us with. The place is great, it is a beautiful oasis of peace and gastronomy organized in a new building including the hotel and 3 restaurants, within a small forest near Botosani city in North Romania. Everything here was built with high quality materials and with a very good taste. We had that time the opportunity to visit the kitchen and its facilities and I clearly noticed that these are most probably the best I've seen in Romania.
We came back again for the New Year party, spending some days in the hotel, too. The quality of the furniture and the rooms is also high class. The food offer is impressive and it is very tasteful, while the prices are quite low for this high class hotel and restaurant. The staff is prompt and very helpful. Every evening there is life music covering not only Romanian traditional songs, but also international ones. We spent and excellent time here, and for sure will come again for a future party or event.
I strongly recommend Rediu to every visitor of North Moldova, not only for the best traditional Romanian dinner you can have, but also for having a quiet and lovely stay in the hotel.

Even though it is far from where I leave, I visited Curtea Veche several times and I would return at least weekly. It is that kind of restaurant that deserves a 400 km trip. I tried almost all dishes and I’m still not sure which one is the best. It is for sure the best romanian restaurant I’ve ever tried.

Great location, situated in a oak forest near Botosani. Here you can enjoy delicious traditional Romanian and international food and a lot of drinks.The hotel has intimate and welcoming rooms with 2 and 3 beds. Come and enjoy your stay !

Nice place at the side of the road but in a green area. Variable menu. You can eat almost everything. The waiting time was minimum and the staff is very nice. Fair prices.
