Closed Thursdays and Friday mid-day (open for dinner).
We've eaten here twice so far during our stay in Bedoin and will be back again on Friday. Have tried a few of the restaurants in the town this one struck a chord with us. The fixed price menus offer both good value and quality food. The presentation is very good and the flavours back up the quality. There are some very reasonable local wines and all in all there is much to recommend this restaurant. The only drawback, rather than a complaint is the wait between courses. Having got used to this it has its advantages in that each course can go down before the next delight appears. However for anyone in a rush this would be a real pain. We sat down at about 8:20 and on both occasions left at after 11pm. Would recommend that you book if possible as the first time we tried for a table they were full.

It's hard to imagine a more pleasant experience than dining at this marvelous restaurant. The large Terrace is the perfect place to sip rosé champagne and watch the sunset over the Dentelles de Montmirail mountain range and the Provence countryside. The menu is simple and all the dishes are delightfully delicious. Definitely worth the trip for a special evening with a partner or friends. Best to make a reservation, also credit cards are not accepted so bring cash!

Remember when you drove through the French countryside looking for the bistro of old - simple, homemade, excellent bistro kitchen food? Well.....here it is. I came years about five years ago....still the same.
Choice of three entrees, mains and desserts, for €30!! Arrived by 7:00pm to this rustic restaurant. Smiling chef was most charming and welcoming. Interesting room - an old bakery - stone wall, original bakery oven, beamed ceiling - well lit - ~12 tables inside for ~40 covers, and ~8 tables outside. Smiling pleasant staff. USA Motown/jazz/Roberta Flack soundtrack.
Coupe de champagne aperitif - v. simple and refreshing. Limited wine list - but it is fine, by the bottle or glass. Generous portions. Brandade scented with garlic, for entree, with four scallops St. Jacques, mayonnaise and a little green salad came with bread. Then a lamb sauté for main, really braised/stewed ... so tender with green olives and a tiny perfectly scented potato gratin. Sorbet of tres glacé of grape raspberry strawberry for dessert with superb raspberry coulis.
Better than Michelin.

As our accommodation and meal were 'packaged' together, we had to eat at La Colombe, located just opposite where we stayed overnight. It took 1hr 45 minutes to serve us a 3 course meal of salad, quail & potatoes and fruit with ice-cream. We really objected to the fact that a table full of 10 people arrived after us yet we were not served until all their orders were taken. Our meal was 'set' therefore we had no choice. The serving size was inadequate for cyclists who had cycled under difficult conditions at a distance of 100km. A complaint to the management did not hasten any of the service. Disgraceful.

We stumbled over this hidden gem and from the moment we were greeted at the door, we were delighted. A cozy ambience, great food, and wonderful service. The owner has a hearty laugh, a great sense of humor, and creates an amazing experience. Not to be missed.

Arrived super hungry and cold so ordered a pasta carbonara. Was really tasty and a large plate full so just what I needed. Nice service too. For location I thought the pricing was reasonable too. Noticed some burgers being sent from kitchen and they looked substantial and good also. Nice family feel to a very busy mountainside location, tres bon.

This is one of those rare places - a friendly restaurant with delicious food and catering for a local and tourist market by delivering well prepared fresh seasonal dishes. It prepares a modern style of food but this is quintessentially an old fashioned restaurant run by a husband and wife team and giving the impression of enjoying looking after their customers.
We come to the area every year for a reasonably long stay but have somehow missed this small restaurant which has been here for 5 years.
Booking was essential - as advised - with a number of potential customers turned away from the full restaurant.
We both ate the same - unusually - as we both fancied a non meat evening. Scallops to start and beautifully prepared cod for mains.
At the end of the meal the chef came and chatted to us about his food. His wife looked after the front of house all evening - that was the team!
We detected French, Dutch, Germans and Brits - all enjoying the ambiance and food.
We will be back.

Great local restaurant with a couple of set menus from €15. Well cooked dishes like duck leg with ratatouille and polenta and raspberry creme brulee. Not high dining but a great buzz from small tables close together outside the restaurant. Just remember they close on Wednesdays !

The owner was extremely friendly in preparing me a simple dinner just as I need it, even though I was the last one to enter after everyone else had already left. When we went the next day as a group, the quality of the food...MoreC'est toujours un plaisir de recevoir un avis favorable, merci pour votre joli commentaire. A bientôt.

This one-window, one-door, style of French restaurant is just what you want to find on your trip. The owners of the restaurant have a charming way of making you feel welcome and serve the most scrumptious breakfasts in town. The fresh-ground coffees do what coffees should do: give you a wake up call when you need it. Sit outside on the Terrace and see all of lively Bedoin pass you by. We have been a number of times now and love it! As the French would say: tres bon, tres sympa!
