Great service and very good food at very reasonable prices- what more can you ask for when you go out for lunch. This is a consistent well rated restaurant, managed by the owner and offering excellent food. As appetizers ask for the lettuce wraps and the spring rolls, and as main dish the classic pepper steak. The quality of the food is very good. The young waiters and waitresses could smile more, be more confident when they offer the different dishes. I guess they lack the experience but as they gain more experience, they will get much better.

El Meson de Melquiades is a restaurant where you can eat delicious food and experience very good service. Once you are there is very common you have to wait to be seated. Don't worry... go to the bar and order your preferred drink. Also, ask for the Alcapurrias con corned beef or Cream of Lobster.. both are delicious. Then, enjoy a Tornado (Skirt Steak filled with lobster) or Lamb Chops in red wine sauce.. very good! They have different options, such as Jabali, Cobi beef, Kurobuta Osobuco, Jarrete, Veal, Lamb.. among others.
This restaurant offer many different options cooked to perfection and delicious taste! Recommended!

I can remember when I was given larger portions at a restaurant. EVERYTHING from appetizers to desserts is enough for two! It's a large bustling place - Reservations are recommended. There's a HUGE wine selection (hence the name bottles) and they are piled up around the perimeter of the restaurant. Our waiter was friendly and helpful. No problem with the fact we spoke English. Great place for family celebrations.

It isn't often when a small restaurant accepts a party of 30 people, during lunchtime, with 15 minutes heads up. Then they proceeded to give us a whole section of the restaurant (as opposed to breaking up our party).
After a delicious meal, the owner (who had been extremely attentive all meal) pulled out a guitar and sang. When we left he stood by the door and shook each one of our hands.
Exceptional.

The service was slow, impersonal and almost like we where bothering the servers by being there.
The food was Excellent. The meats were on the requested cooked range and the rice and potato were as good as any I had anywhere else.
So much potential. People keep coming back because the food tastes good.

They also serve steaks, Spanish food and a daily special menu, but specialize in Criolla food. The "Centro de Bellas Artes de Caguas" or Fine Arts Center of Caguas, the "Las Catalinas Mall", as well as the Caguas Bowling Center "Bowlera"
It was a private small activity and the menu was limited, but everything was very good! The dinner and the environment were very good! The service and valet parking service were very good and fast. The restaurant is very clean and beautiful.

We recently visited Madeleine Cafe Bistro for brunch and were very pleased with our experience. The food was delicious! They have plenty of breakfast options (brunch is available on saturdays). The service was great and we found the prices quite reasonable given the large portions that are served. The lunch menu looked great too, so we will definitely come back!

The taste was amazing and the service was great. We had "bacalaitos" with mojitos, great mojitos by the way. Churrasco with congri and amarillos, Ropa vieja, congri and yuca al mojo and everything was very good. For dessert we had a natilla and it was delicious. The manager kept coming and asking if everything was okay.

You may need to google other listed reviews from local who dine at this restaurant. It serves tipical puertorrican food (creole style). Their phone number us 787-779-7000. It has a faceook page as well.
We just dropped into this beautiful restaurant after visiting family in the area and were really surprised by the fact that they played classic bolero music in the background... honestly so nice, comfortable with a legitimate Boricua vibe. The food and service were top notch. Prices were reasonable. 4 dinners and soft drinks cost just under $50. Clean, well maintained place with great food. Definitely coming back next time I'm in Puerto Rico. The one drawback worth mentioning is that the restaurant is in a small indoor shopping area so the bathrooms are just outside the restaurant.

I have been at Bodeguita several times. They have a good variety of tapas and main courses. Their tapas are excellent. Perfect to have those with one of the bootle of wines from their extensive wine list. Their staff has been consistently friendly with good attention. Strongly recommended.
