Found this place with the recommendation help of Tabelog. Good to find a place which have english menu and some of them can speak little english and serve more than decent ramen.
Would recommend those driving to Mt Fuji to stopby for lunch and they have enough parking space nearby .

It serves the simple meal of ramen, gyoza, and gohan for under ¥1000. It opens until 2am. Service is fast and efficient. Taste is good.

This Ebina Service Area is run by a different company than the Ebina Service Area going into Tokyo.
While the other SA is going for gourmet food offerings, this SA is going for food cart, street food offerings.
You get lots of different types of stalls hawking BBQ seafood, meat, fried goods, ice creams, shaved ice, bubble tea....
We love to stop at BOTH Ebina Service Areas because they offer totally different feel.

When you speak about coffee experiences, you can remember this amazing ristretto you had in Rome next to an incredibly beautiful local student, or to a super sophisticated Coffee labs where complicated contraptions try to distill the best black extract from a fair trade, organically grown bean growing in a place you have never heard about, or in a simple espresso shack in Jamaica offering you a blue mountain you will always remember. This place offers the most complete sensory experience you can imagine: from the copper door that is too low so you have to bend showing your respect like in old Japanese tea houses, to the stunning smell of the coffee he roasts in the same room, to the architecture, furniture, gigantic Espresso machine, and super dim lighting, but most of all the stunning espressos the master serves with his slow-prepared delicacies (Coffee Jelly is amazing). This place is kind of a pilgrimage every time I come to Atsugi. If you like a big latte or Caramel macchiato Frappucino, go somewhere else. if you are interested in Design, Coffee, Food, and discovering one of the most stunning places serving coffee, you have to go.

Cool bar/restaurant close to zip line park where we served (English speaking staff !) very quickly a good bowl of ramen for all of us ! Not sure if they have anything else but ramen. Parking available in front of restaurant. Would definitely go there again.

Friends said this was the best Ramen shop in the Area. Try not go around lunchtime as the place is always chokka! The wait isn't too long and in all fairness is worth it! I prefer Tokotsu Ramen, however, Honmarutei does a delicious Salt Ramen!

Great little noodle shop. Best things about it was trying something new off the recommendation of the locals! Definitely going back next time in country!

厚木では誰もが知っている有名な洋菓子店です。値段は少し高めですが、味は確かです。お土産としても喜ばれるので、よく利用します。

Went with my wife for late dinner. We ordered yakitori, fried shrimp, otonomiyaki (seafood pancake), onigiri (riceballs), and beer. Food is very fresh yet serving the food took a while. Spent around ¥3000.
