We had a dinner in this hotel’s fine restaurant. It was traditional Swiss German fare and lots of it. I ordered the ganzer portion of Wiener Schnitzel without realising it did not mean large portion but actually two whole servings. I did my best to much hilarity. I did learn a salutary lesson. The service and food was very good. It was packed out.

We ate at this restaurant every evening of our stay. The staff became friends. The food was excellent. Prices were almost considered affordable by us, although this was Switzerland.
We recommend the 2 or 3 course menu option. They serve generous portions in the set menu option.
The house wine was really nice.
The waiter could speak to me in Swiss German, German, English, Portuguese and Italian.
A family based restaurant with an extremely welcoming and pleasant atmosphere where everyone seemed to feel at home.

What could be more authentic than to have Rosti after a long day of skiing? They offer numerous toppings—I had cheese, prosciutto, and onions. It was delicious. Service was fast and helpful. Salads were especially tasty. Many other Swiss traditional offerings were on the menu.

Came here for a family dinner whilst staying in Andermatt and had a lovely evening. This is a traditional Swiss restaurant serving delicious food with very good service. Nice cosy old fashioned wooden room. I had pork chop, my husband had lamb and kids had steak. All very tasty.
Were were looked after very well and the owner came out to chat to us at the end of the meal.

If you like Rösti, this is the place for you. The service was very good and the prices are reasonable. After a day in the Mountains, Tell has what you need.

Good restaurant: we had wiener schnitzel ( the frites were rather industrial), good pizza, excellent wines rioja and gran sasso. Service some nice and efficient female waitresses and some less sympathetic elderly man.

A great selection of thin crust pizzas and salads (my wife recommends the grilled halloumi salad). Great staff, prompt service and you can see the pizzas being prepared and coming out out of the oven. Good value for a ski resort and good location in the centre of the village.

In The Restaurant we will tempt you with dishes from four different, stylish open studio kitchens showcasing both Asian and European fare. Surrounded by exquisite aromas, watch the food being prepared directly and freshly in front of you. The Restaurant has 15 GaultMillau points and is compelling not only because of its excellent cuisine but also its unique ambience. A particular highlight in The Restaurant is The Wine and Cheese Cellar: at five metres high it attracts cheese connoisseurs who marvel at its delights through the glass walls. Allow our employees to show you a piece of Switzerland and try some of our specialities. It’s definitely worth your while!
A wonderful epicurean experience with 4 open kitchens and a wide variety of international food to choose from. Everything is beautifully presented, top quality, and service is excellent. A glass of Tattinger is included in the price, which, while not cheap, is worth it. The dining room is very elegant.

Amid the bars, rosti, fondue, flame Kuchen and pizza in Andermatt this restaurant stands out providing inventive and delicious food. The Bentley soup featured a very flavorful broth with quenelles wrapped in spinach. The tagliatelle with ragout featured a remarkable sauce of tiny pieces of well simmered beef. The Cote de Rhône by the glass was spectacular. Service was excellent. What a remarkable experience when least expected!

Good service, disappointing food.
Friendly and attentive staff were let down by well below average food.
We chose this place as it was very busy with diners and the pastries in the window looked very fresh.
However the lasagne was dreadful (tasted pre-prepared and heated to serve), the Alpenmacaroni was ok but nothing special.
The sparkling water was flat, served poured into two small glasses (for two people) and expensive at 4.30CHF per glass!
The majority of the menu was sandwiches, in hindsight we should have chosen one of them.
