The market cuisine is the transversal axis of the trajectory of the Lolo Restaurant. In addition to its interesting and valued offer of its menu of rice. The location is a privilege, in the middle of nature and next to the natural park of Font Roja, Restaurant of traditional cuisine and market, the rice is its great specialty since 1980.
In some ways its better that this restaurant is slightly off the beaten track as if it was closer to the centre of Alcoy it would be very difficult to grt a table.
Lolo is busy without being overcrowded . The food is superb ,Spanish cuisine at its best . The staff are very attentive without being overbearing and the situation and the ambience is lovely.
I visit Alcoy three times a year on business and never miss a visit to Lolo

Juliet House is located on the street Anselmo Aracil Alcoy . There have been many changes that have taken this property over the past 60 years . Moving from San Roque Breakfasts what is now the Casa Juliet Restaurant, it has not been easy for the family members of this task. In 1953, to catering and waiter by trade, Julio Perez Miralles " Juliet " and decided to start creating her own catering business calling Breakfasts San Roque. This was a bar where tapas were served snacks and according to many , the best coffee in Alcoy (perhaps a mixture of grains from different countries remains , to this day, the best kept secret of the family) . If anything prevailed in the business , was undoubtedly the quality of their products. Many market traders town reminiscent of Juliet with their wicker baskets, hanging around their jobs daily to purchase the best products offered . As a good father and loves his profession, his children Juliet instilled that passion he felt for the hospitality so that after his retirement , three of them decided to continue with the business. After a life at the stoves , Fermin, and Mari Pili took a radical turn to that tapas bar one day and rode his father , not without difficulty , succeeded in making breakfast at Casa San Roque Juliet Restaurant. Decorated with furnishings from the early twentieth century items alcoyana paper industry , the current restaurant offers a fusion of Mediterranean cuisine and traditional recipes served with a touch of creativity . The history of this restaurant is attached to the basic principles of a demanding and hard job . A family business since the expertise , hospitality and respect to raw materials has led its members to continue the tradition of regional cuisine where quality of their products is always linked to the originality of their dishes, full of flavor and pleasant sensations.

During a recent visit to Alcoy, we were looking for a good fare and beautiful Spanish restaurant. We made Reservations at Restaurant Els Ponts and were greeted by name.
The food was fabulous, superbly presented, fresh and seasonal. The Chef loves his puff pastry which I totally understand. It is one of the lightest puff pastry I have ever had.
Restaurants in Alcoy are typically Spanish and open at 9pm. The town is very quiet in the afternoon and early evening.

The venue is amazing and so is the food. A classy upscale dinning experience located in the heart of the old city.

Long time ago (11 months) I celebrated my birthday with my girlfriend and two more couples. Unfortunately I chose a wrong day to do so. As winter holidays approached, many dinners occurred at that time. The place has nice decoration and offers innovative dishes, but for me I prefer abundant dishers and better priced.
If you like innovative cuisine this is for you if you want to pay the price (relatively reasonable) if you prefer not to innovate that much, and more abundance, this is not for you.

A Restaurante with beautiful views at Natural Park Font Roja. The menu is elaborate with seasons ingridients. Is a typical spanish food with some dishes with meet and fish. We have vegetarian menu
Restaurants simply cannot be located anywhere nicer than this! Enjoying a view of the Forests below through huge windows on a gorgeous Spring evening, the restaurant starts with a great advantage, even beans on toast would be memorable served here!
We shared the Albondigas Conejo (Rabbit meatballs) as a starter, my wife enjoyed Bacalao (Cod) as mains, whereas I was blown away by the Cordero (Lamb).
The service was friendly and efficient and the food was of the highest standard.
This is a little remote but we solved that problem by staying in the Boutique Hotel which owns the restaurant.

Visited this restaurant between customer visits while on a business trip. Unsure of staff's English as I was with a Spanish colleague. Food was pleasant, atmosphere was fantastic and service was efficient.

We were visiting Alcoy and found this place looking in trip advisor for near by restaurants, it was a great selection. The restaurant is located in a quiet and small street in the historic center, it has a small Terrace in the middle of the street, pedestrian. They serve mainly tapas and drinks. Everything we ordered was really good, especially the "espencat", but also the "puntillas", i.e. fried baby squid. Food was so good that we also ordered Deserts, and those were also really good, especially the flan of coffee. Overall great impression, very friendly service, I think it was the owner who served the tables, fully recommended!
