I went to Dibru Saikhowa National Park. Dibru Saikhowa National Park is assimilated within an island bound by Brahmaputra and Lohit rivers along the periphery. It is situated 12 km from the town of Tinsukia in Assam, at an altitude of 118 metres above sea level. It is great place to go.

Dehing Patkai is the only patch of virgin rainforest in Assam, it holds an astounding diversity of mammals, birds, reptiles and butterflies. So its a wonderful place to visit if you have an interest in any of the above. Mostly frequented by bird watchers and butterfly chasers you wont be disappointed by the place.
You can live in Digboi and explore this place else try to get into the FD guest house

Dhola-Sadiya Bridge or the Bhupen Hazarika Setu is the longest river bridge in India spanning 9.15 kms and built over the Lohit river, a tributary of the mighty Brahmaputra.
The bridge is located in the far east of India in the Tinsukia district and connects the Dhola and Sadiya villages, making the connectivity of Assam and Arunachal Pradesh easy. It is of strategic importance because of the proximity to China, allowing quick and easy movement which was not possible before the bridge was built.
The bridge was opened for public in May 2017 and since then has become the lifeline of the locals nearby. If you are visiting from Tinsukia, then its a 1-hour drive, and you will find many autos/wingers plying on that route. If you are a big group, then you may even reserve the vehicle and go. You can stop on the sides of the bridge to take photographs and selfies. The felling is really great when there is lot of water in the river.

Find your inner calm and peace on a boat trip and picnic here with Purvi Discovery. When we went in March there was absolutely no sound on the island unless you were close to the river's edge when all you could hear was the water or when the occasional fishing boat passed by.

spent one night and an entire day with my family in the Houseboat.....three different rides were included....the first, on arrival in the evening after night-fall, the second the next day early morning (these two in a ferry attached to the houseboat and managed by the staff), and the third in the Houseboat for five-hour journey upstream and downstream.....package includes bonfire near the river, visit to a dolphin point on the river, and visit to a local weaver's hamlet....food in inclusive, the interiors well-maintained and the staff very caring....though seems a bit overpriced...7000 for we three....without night stay the rate would have been 3000, but that would exclude the night ferry-ride and the bonfire on deserted sandbanks with delicious local fish fries and the early morning ride to the dolphin point,
