This town offers you a long Beach strip not the most luxurious hotels and resorts but very nice villas for rent just meters away from the beach.
You'll find the greatest groceries to cook for yourselves or eat in one of the restaurants.
During the high season I heard it's a lot more crowded and expensive (relatively) . I loved it. Beautiful sunsets and nice helping people.

Very peaceful park in the city centre. Even on a Monday afternoon in February people were relaxing on several benches. The park has a relaxing atmosphere.

We chanced to visit Mohammedia on a Friday, which of course is the holy day of the week for Muslims. Entering the kasbah we were wowed by the vibrant yet subtle greenish turquoise and white of the mosque and associated buildings, and also by the wonderful sound of chanting streaming out through the open door. As non-Muslims we were not allowed in, but sat outside for a good half and hour absorbing the chanting and the colour.
Mohammedia has a longish beach, parts of which (near the back wall) were covered with what lloked like marigolds and a form of mustard or charlock. The town has a pleasant seaside feel to it.

Impressive store, well organized. Unique products from all regions of Morocco. Every thing is handmade, and each piece has a story behind.
Was very nice to talk to the sales-man there. He was very helpful, and he answered all my questions.
I heard good feedbacks about their shipping services!

One of the Beaches of Mohammedia where you can practice bodyboard
It is a nice beach but need some work. Needs to be cleaned more often. Some seats on the sea front can be nice to contemplate the waves.

The first time I went to VGK, I was fascinated by the huge pool that they have. it's really a fantastic place to go on week-ends. Morever, to go there you need a car because it is on the exit of Mohammedia when you're going...MoreDear Ouajbir, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are glad you liked our pool and hope to see again at VGK and try our other activities. Kind regards, VGK - Vikki Beach team.
