Very nice location and temple. Dam is constructed across the Bhogavo River and is situated on the western side of Surendranagar. Only naturally scenic place in the city Chief Minister of Gujarat, announced the plantation of 60,000 trees, along with the construction of a water park and gym near the dam.

Limbdi being my birthplace and me being a thorough follower of BAPS I would like to write and introduce Crown of Limbdi Town Shri BAPS Swaminarayan Mandir. As we all know Baps Mandir preserve ancient Hindu tradition & are example of majestic Indian architecture.Temple is situated right on the entrance of Limbdi Town on national Highway 8B. It's more like a religious place rather than attraction place but still Temple is one of the most visited place during holiday's and Sunday's by local community. Temple have its own small restaurant named "Premvati" where people can enjoy delicious "Swaminarayan Khichadi" and other gujarati vegetarian cuisine. Best time to visit the temple is during Festival time.
