This Church has really got good view around it. Its very quiet place as it remains open between 07:00 and 08:30 only. So reach during that period. Otherwise you will find it close as shown in picture also.

The beach as such is good - gradient helpful for swimmers and non swimmers .
The indian tourists throng the place big time. The beach was cluttered and littered - imagine soiled diapers (yikes) and beer bottles around
Blarring music makes it look like a village mela.
Water sports are ok but they loot u like hell.
Avoid and go to Ashwem / Palolem beach

Casino Palms is the largest and most spacious onshore casino in north Goa. It is located within the La Calypso Hotel, Baga and offers electronic gaming experience with games like Roulette, Baccarat, Blackjack, Slot machines, Mini Flush and Tai-Sai.
I visited this casino as there was not much of waiting but found it good as it had most of the gambling games to spend time and money. I was lucky enough to be on the winning side so very happy to visit it again.

An old Tibetan market selling beaded jewelry as well as sterling silver. Should bargain. You will find similar stalls at other markets.

my husband has been wanting to buy the Gandhiji’s 3 monkeys and he made sure to stop at all shops which had something like that, but either he didn’t like it or the locals were quoting exorbitant prices since we were tourists. However, thankfully, he liked the statues at holiday street and surprising there was no attempt at coming us as the salesperson quoted quite a reasonable price. While he was settling on the price, I spotted an interesting flame lighter in the shape of a jaguar, in steel and on an impulse decided to buy it for a friend for his new office!
