Diverse marine life and hundreds of Red Sea coral reef sites make Sharm El Sheikh a magnet for divers and eco-tourists. The tourist economy of this Sinai Peninsula city has grown quite rapidly over the last few decades, resulting in an upcrop of first-class resorts and posh nightlife. The waters of Ras Mohamed National Park are abundant with schools of fish and, oddly, toilets – thanks to the bathroom fixtures being transported by a cargo ship that sank during a 1981 storm.

An amazing architecture with beautiful interiors and designing. Dress regulations are required to be followed once you are visiting, however, they can provide capes if you are not dressed as per their protocol. The Cathedral gives an exotic look of one of the European Churches and is a must-visit place.

We went diving at Ras Mohamad which was a beautiful experience. The corals and the colorful fish is quite something to behold. I went diving first and snorkeling afterwards which however turned out to be a bad idea. I had not tried either before and was only introduced to diving. Snorkling however proved to be rather challenging for me.

Great diving and snorkeling area.
We rented a villa in el Hadhaba (or Ras Um Sid) for the months of January and February 2017. It is a residential area with all living necessities, restaurants, groceries, pet food, gas station laundry, and everything is within a short walking distance. It is also home to the famous farsha bar/café, Sadiki, and the blues café.

Gordon reef is nice place for diving, but be ready for currents and make sure you are trained well. Depth could be any.
Lagouna nord is another place to dive, nice corals and sea life. Due to strong current all these reefs are not so suitable for snorkeling. We saw few guys, they enjoyed.

A beautiful mosque, you can tell it's recently built, by its natural condition.
It's huge, very imposing, and its architecture is simply amazing.
Inside is even more amazing.
It's in the old market area, 10min by taxi from naama bay, very easy to access, and in my opinion a place that cant be missed

The bay is beautiful with natural Coral reefs, I have made snorkeling which was great experience, I saw the coral reefs and colored fishes, also the sea was clean and clear. I also have known that this bay was called shark bay due to no sharks come to it because of the reefs there.

This is a hotel but also allows paid entry to the water park for non-residents. This is the largest water park in Sharm but I don't really want to review it as a hotel because we have no experience of most of the hotel side of it.
A wonderful pool team, a great hotel where kazfy find something for yourself. Even silence. Clean and nice. Very good food, fun for kids, animations and Performances. Setting for the Russians. This is a big problem for others

Escape the city lights and head to the desert for a romantic night of star gazing and Bedouin feasting on this deluxe tour from Sharm el Sheikh. Star gazing in the desert is a must-do experience during your stay in Egypt.Away from the lights of the city, you'll see the heavens as they are meant to be seen. With the aid of your professional guide, you'll enjoy the fantastic atmosphere of the desert as you observe the planets and stars through a telescope
Starts off with a camel ride. Great at first but the heat kills you. Camels are very uncomfortable to rise by the way.
You are then given some food and shisha.
After that you climb the mountain. Not much fun.
Then you finish off with the star gazing which is fantastic.

SOHO Square Sharm El Sheikh is the middle East's leading shopping & entertainment center, the finest in the Red Sea region. SOHO Square is a hub for entertainment, dining, clubbing, shopping, sport activities enhance with a dancing Fountain, mega stage & kids fun activities, a great environment to enjoy with friends, family, or couples.
SOHO square is a quirky little place. Lots of people meandering around, drinking coffee, watching the Fountains. Great for children with lots of life size statues a little odd but distinctive and charming at the same time. Worth a visit / evening here.
