The long lines almost make it not even worth while. Expect to wait in line for an hour on every single ride. Great theme park. Gift shops are super expensive which is to be expected. Will probably bring my kids here one day.

Yes, you can get to this from one of the auto accessible gates, but I arrived here after walking a few miles of trails in the Singapore Botanical Garden. Either way, this is an exhibit that should not be missed...gorgeous orchids in picture perfect displays and in the way they would grow naturally in the environment. Wonderful even if you don’t love Gardens or flowers; but I love both and had the best time here. Many families were there and having their picture taken in the places designed for the purpose and just about anywhere: everyone was having a great time. Don’t miss this beautiful garden...totally clean and you finish with a gift shop (not that much different than the one at Gardens by the Bay) that will allow you to buy classy souvenirs of your trip to Singapore. Don’t miss out!

Enter and explore the marine realm of S.E.A. Aquarium, home to more than 100,000 marine animals of over 1,000 species, across into 50 different habitats, each one as fascinating as the next. It's an experience you won’t forget.
The aquarium itself was really nice and I would definitely recommend to anyone who loves sea animals and nature!
However, I was also quite disappointed because there were simply too many tourists and I was visiting on a weekday! It's not really being crowded that's the problem, but almost in front of every tank, there were a bunch of people posing for selfies, and I had to skip a number of tanks simply because it was impossible for me to squeeze in, or it's just hard to appreciate the collection, while the people next to you were busy holding their selfie sticks, or even taking photos with their flashes on! (I have been to many other Aquariums that have banned selfie sticks / flashes, and I believe if they're banned, it would have made a much more lovely experience for everyone of us --- after all, are we there for the selfies or for the sea animals really?)

Clean, easy, safe, inexpensive, fast and enjoyable method of transport. SMRT staff was very helpful in guiding me how to book tickets at the kiosk and will tell you the easiest and fastest route from one place to another

Established since 1974, Singapore Cable Car is the nation's first and only Cableway. More than a mode of transport linking local residents and overseas travellers from the top of Mount Faber Park to Sentosa Island, a 'joyride' on the cable car offers a 360-degree aerial, visual treat of the entire Sentosa-HarbourFront skyline. Above and beyond that, Singapore Cable Car is the only Cableway in the world that takes off from the hills at Faber Peak Singapore, passes a highway, goes through an office building, over the HarbourFront cruise bay and onto Sentosa, the State of Fun. Hours : 8.45am - 10pm daily (Last boarding: 9.30pm) Admission: S$29/Adult; S$18/Child (Complimentary admission into Sentosa and Singapore Cable Car Museum) Check out our website now to find out more on our unique cable car offerings!

An integral part of Singapore's "City in a Garden" vision, Gardens by the Bay spans a total of 101 hectares of prime land at the heart of Singapore's new downtown - Marina Bay. Comprising three waterfront Gardens - Bay South, Bay East and Bay Central - Gardens by the Bay will be a showcase of horticulture and garden artistry that will bring the world of plants to Singapore and present Singapore to the World.
Plenty of walking. Good place to get some fresh air and exercise away from the air conditioning and restuarants.

An island of fun and play with a myriad of different attractions some free, some not.
Even if you're not wishing to pay a fortune you can still explore the island and experience the ambience of an island dedicated to recreation.
There are good views from the free Skywalk, the relatively cheap Cable Car and the free beach boardwalks. Plus, there are some beautiful Beaches. To get there use the Metro and the Sentosa Express ($4 per person). You'll be offered a variety of attraction passes, some not cheap. There's plenty of choice and it's an island suitable for all ages. Ten minutes research before you go will help determine what you want to do.
We were not overly impressed by the food options available, all too fast. Oh for a Costa Coffee. That gives our ages away!

This national park is open daily and features beautiful lakes, animals, flowers and plants, including one of the region's first rubber tree orchards.
Outside of Japan, outside of Australia , there is no doubt that the Singapore Botanical Garden (SBG, abbreviation mine) is the best of its kind in Asia.
The fact that it has been around since the 1800’s makes it more amazing. I personally prefer it so much more than Gardens by the Bay.
The British , who used to run Singapore, contributed much with the beginning of the SBG with their steep knowledge on the establishment and the design .
It is a very walkable garden suited for young strollers and kids in “strollers”, and a great place for negative ions.
Culinary delights are made available to refresh the body too.
The foliage and the serenity are prized . Choose mornings or evenings to visit.
The upto 6 year olds should be brought to the relative of the SBG, the Jacob Ballas Garden, for additional outdoor enjoyment .

This historic fort was part of Singapore's defenses for decades.
Loved visiting this historic fort! Excellent exhibits with wax mannequins and realistic recordings and documentary videos. All for free. Not crowded. The site has cooling stations with water and fans for cooling off. Highly recommended for anyone interested in history..

This is the best experience in Singapore. It is just eye popping everywhere you look. It is amazing to think they only built it in 2012. The combination of flowers, plants, sculptures and layout is just amazing. If you only have time for one attraction make sure you visit. This is better than the partner flower dome.
