Though "desert beach" may be an exaggeration, once you will certainly see other tourists there, this beach offers genuine nature scenery. There are no bars or restaurants, only sea, sand, rocks and a lot of bush surrounding. it is the perfect spot for taking photos or simply relaxing. There is also a park-like area around the beach, good for strolling around. There is no parking lot, but is easy to park your car 2000 meters down the road and walk to the beach entrance. It is a private property but there is no entrance fee.

Along with Toque-toque pequeno and Juquehy this is my third best beach at SP shore. At right you'll find a corner with rocks and a calm sea where you may do some snorkeling or simply rest in water and even though see some colorful fish without dving. I do recommend the Barraca da Tia Nana where you can eat or drink good stuff. Tia Nana herself and another lady who helps her are very kind and careful with both customers and food and vp ever age they prepare. Without doubt, a place to go back for sure!!!

Beautiful beach, with vendors selling food and drinks. Ocean was very warm, tide a bit rough, but able to swim.

The city of São Sebastião has a few great Beaches, and this is one of the best of them. Surrounded by private residencial and summer vilas, the ocean access is easy (although you don't find many parking spaces outside the vilas). Many vendors work on the beach, so you will find food and bevareges, but not restrooms. Beautiful landscape, sandy beach, clean water...You can also take Surfing courses with teaching schools located on the beach.

The beach itself is beautiful, sand is not so clear.
What is remarkable here is that there is a small river, where you can swim or fish. It has dark water.
They said there is a natural pool on the other side, but i had no time to go... So, it´s good if you want some more than a beach.
There is also a small center, but it seemed that there were no good places to eat in.
I ate at the La no pôio, that has a nice meal!

This small beach on the north coast of the state of sao paulo still has sand and water clean. Allows for sports like Surfing at certain times of the year and also has calm waters, excellent for families with kids.An added facility, which is a Freshwater bath that descends the mountain just behind the beach. Besides fresh water is always clean but not drinkable.
Excellent ride, the beach is never crowded, except in the traditional New Year celebrations. Very beautiful!

Toque Toque Pequeno Beach or "Tap Tap Small" - in North Coast of Sao Paulo Brazil, is considered one of the most beautiful Beaches on the coast of Sao Paulo state, with a sunset and the sea crystal clear water, good for diving and fishing.
The beach is very beautifull and relaxant... Stay and enjoy one of the most beautiful Beaches close to São Paulo, with a wonderful sunset just in front of you.

The green coast or Brazilian riviera 2.5 hours from Sao Paulo has some fantastic Beaches and Camburi has such a nice sandy beach. This is a place for families and on some days for surfers. When we came the wind had built up 2-3 meter high waves. Two days later it was flat water and safe for kids to swin and play. The scenery is beautiful with palms and green hills. Local guys will serve you drinks and simple food on the beach at a decent price.

Probably the best beach in the area, easy to get to when you have a car. The sand is glittering in the sun, the beach is perfect and you do not have to walk far out to be able to swim. The scenary with palms and green hills is stunning. We think the smaller Toque Toque beach is better than Grande, but both are great.

It is great for families with children because the waves are small and the sand is great to play with them, but you will find options for everyone here. Cristal clear watter for snorkeling (not sure for scuba diving), Surfing, swimming, running, and many other options. Several quiosks at the beach sell food and beverages. Later in the day (around noon and later) do not forget to bring sandals to walk on the extremely hot white sand. My recommendation is to set camp closer to the watter front and avoid the hot sand. It is also a great spot to walk on the beach at sunset with your loved one.
The only warning is to avoid longer contact to the river water that is between Cambury and Camburizinho, apparently the water quality is not very good there.
Same evaluation for Camburizinho.
