This is one of my greatest moment when we visited the Tukuran Waterfalls. You need a buffalo ride and cross about 6 rivers to get to that small fall. Ms.Buffy whom I called the water buffalo has done a great job getting us there especially she is pregnant. But the trip is quite rewarding when you get at the end of it. I did not bring any bathers on but I have to try the nice water that runs fast from the falls. Really a great adventure..!

We had a very nice motorbike ride to this waterfall, the falls are beautiful. The restaurant was very good but the tables smelled bad, probably washed with a stagnant smelly cloth. The steps down to the second falls were built for giants, and the handrails were questionable with unfinished welds. The falls are very nice but the construction of the infrastructure was poorly managed. Be careful.

WB has everything a tourist needs. Snorkelling trips, parasailing, jetskis, rides on weird inflatable things. Anything you want to eat is right there being grilled up. It's a great place for families.

Pebble beach or aplyang munti is a quiet little haven. It is a far cry to the busy white beach. There is no sand here but pebbles. The water is a bit deep so make sure you watch over your kids.
Be there early since the nipa cottages that they have are very limited. We came here at around 8:30 am and it was perfect!
There are no restaurants within the area so better bring your own food/drinks.
There are two sari sari store there and a toilet but we did not see any bathrooms. It was not a concern for us since we have a tricycle to take us back to the our resort for us to rinse.
The water is amazingly clean! but beware there what we called them sea mosquitoes that tend to bite and can be very itchy.
The resort closes at 5pm.
The entrance fee is 10pesos and 200 pesos for the nipa hut

It's not the best beach in the area and at the time I went, the sea was choppy and no good for swimming or snorkelling. However, it's great for long walks down the shore and I'm not complaining!!!!

Mt.Malasimbo is one of the Mountains towering over the Beaches of Puerto Galera. It is the home of the indigenous Mangyan tribe. There is a small snaking road for vehicles on the mountain as well as unpaved roads for 4x4s, ATVS, dirtbikes, and motorsport enthusiasts. Mountaineers and climbers can trek to the summit in 4-5 hours.

Annoying place with all those vendors trying to give you hugely overpriced goods and services. 1500 pesos for a private jeepney, that's outrageous. Unfortunately no Uber taxis here. Most hotels are hard to find and the only way to get there is by foot.
Beach is nothing special and not suitable for swimming. Choose White Beach instead.
However, if you like scuba diving and stuff like that, this is your place to be.

Nice white compact sand and clean beach. Safe for kids but just let them wear aqua shoes. You can snorkle here or rent small boats for 200/head (inclusive of boat & snorkeling-life vest set rental) you can feed the fish while snorkeling and holding onto the boat's lateral bamboo outriggers. You may also bring extra crumbs because the bread provided by the boatmen will be eaten lightning fast by the fish. My 2, 3 & 5 yr old kids enjoyed this activity.
The water is clean, snorkeling is safe & the boat tour system is so organized. Bring your water, snacks & sun block.
