This mall is actually better than Elante (most ppl won't agree but it is). It's just that it's located in a not so popular or posch area.
Visit once and experience it yourself. The quality and variety to do things are in balance. It's not Dubai standards but good place in the tricity.

Great mall but entrance sucks. There are all vendors taxis autos and garbage at the main entrance. What’s the point of having food vendors outside when there is so much food inside mall. Spoils the whole look of mall. Another point is security who literally rapes you with their hands while you enter. They thoroughly do hand search on your whole body before letting you in.

Since, it's too hot out there during these months, you feel the urge to go sport with your friends and satisfy your taste buds at the same time, but where to go? Blu-O is your one stop destination where you can enjoy bowling, pool, VR, and several other games with delicious cuisine and drinks.
Our cricket club went to Blu-O for a get together and we had such a wonderful time. Do try the platters, they are amazing!

This zoo is located at Chaat which is 30 minutes run from Chandigarh. Large parking space available. Washroom available near entry gate. Entry charges are Rs 60 for adult and Rs 25 if age between 3-12 years. They run many electric golf cars whose charge is Rs 50 per adult and Rs 25 for children. It is only useful for elderly people as many people can't use it much as all cages are near to each other. You can find many animals like lion, leopard, elephant, rhino, jackal and many birds & reptiles. There are two smalls restaurants which did not have many options. Lot of people bring food with them. There is separate lion safari inside the zoo where they take you in a bus to show 3-4 lions. Charges are Rs 50 per head. They have small play areas for Children. Overall highly recommended for kids.

Was there to see an IPL match and I expected it to be a visual treat ...Had taken one of the best seats in the stadium. But I was a bit disappointed when I reached there . Ground obvoiously looked beautiful but rest everything was dilapidated. There was no designated Seating . There were quite a few people in the stand who had come there without proper ticketing and I could see some genuine ticket holders standing .
Am used to seeing matches in Mumbai and I can easily say the experience is miles apart.
Tip: if you do plan to go ..Reach early so that you can get a good seat.

I went to this placed for my project but I was fascinated by the beauty of this place so I decided to visit it again, It was not possible to take full tour of it so I made my Secret Wishlist for it, First I went to library as I entered I thought nobody is inside But when I saw I was Shocked That there is no empty seat all were Reading and if you made little noise it will disturb all of the readers so I enjoyed the view very quietely and had an interaction with the staff and they told me that they had more than 4 lacs of book.it's another amazing thing. then i went to canteen it was filled with huge crowd. All were mad after the food they served I tried the stuff and then automatically came to know the reason behind the crowd is yummy food they served. Then I moved to the garden and the other area's and department library I found the building is oil and somewhere there is need of repairing but altogether it was a memorable journey of mine!

This Memorial is located on the outskirts of Mohali and is the place where the Battle of Sirhind was fought in the year 1710 between the Sikhs led by Banda Singh Bahadur and Wazir khan.
The memorial (victory pillar) is a beautiful piece of architecture and is of a height of 51 feet, claimed to be higher than the Qutab Minar in Delhi.
There is beautiful landscaping around the memorial and the area is pretty well maintained.

As I have visited larger zoos around the world I was interested to see a small zoo. It was great to walk around between the exhibits. The animals looked well cared for and relaxed. We had to pay extra to go on a bus and into the lion enclosure which only had a few lions. A variety of animals. If you don't like walking get the miniature train pass so you can hop on and off.
