Keeping in mind that this museaum features a single exibit, I am both pleasently surprised and fairly excited to have visited the place! Very modern, clean, great design and feel about the place. Not to mention, the statue of Apoksiomen was marvelous.
Not cheap for Croatian museaum, but well worth it.

Absolutely beautiful place.
The path is really well made & follows the coastline. The sea edge is rocky & craggy, with pine woods soaring away up the hill side. The smell of sea & pine is wonderful! The colour of the water is an incredible blue/green - so clear & clean (& very inviting!).
It's an easy walk - we went from the hotel Bellevue to Mali Lošinj village, which was a 5-ish mile walk. It's better to do this in the morning before it gets too hot though!
It's generally a pretty quiet walk, although watch out for determined (rude) cyclists who push you off the path, don't slow down & don't thank you for moving out of their way...!

This place was recommended by one of the locals and boy was it worth the trip. A short drive from the city, this small place (very small, just a Hut with some scattered tables) had the best location around! Come an hour before sunset and enjoy a cold beer or wine overlooking the horizon. Amazing! A must!

This was one of our favourite spots on the island. Pebbles near the forest and when you get inside the sea soon you'll feel beatiful white sand beneath.
10 min of walk from the beach is a restaurant Balvanida in case you need something to drink or eat.
You can get here by taxi boat but also by taking a 45 min walk from the road. It is not too hard even for kids but upwards it takes a bit longer of course.
Wear snickers not flip flops and bring water.
It's nice here. :)

I paid for the whole day, but my sun insisted to leave the aqua park after 1 hour.... I can not say what but something is not OK with it. Maybe it is to small or I don't know...We are sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us. We must admit that this is the first negative review of Aqua Park we have received…. Sincerely, Jadranka kampovi d.o.o

This "Garden of scents" as named in the tourist guide is a small garden with local plants that grow also elsewhere on the island. It was not very colourful, when we visited it, it was beginning of August. But it is a lovely place to visit, if you are spending two weeks in a small place as Mali Losinj. What I liked most is the lovely decoration among the plants. Small garden objects, colourful benches. It's not a place which would render you speechless with its beauty, but it's very "adriatic" and worth the visit, if you want to see more than just Beaches and city centre.

Veli Žal is a nice beach in a bay, part of Čikat. Place is cleaned every day during the peak season. Restaurant near the bay has same name but not the same quality. It is nearly always empty; I visited it twice but nobody had dinner there. Terrace with view is perfect for drinks. Back to the beach: good for children, older people and all people who want protection, plastic seats, umbrellas, showers, cabins and some fresh drinks or ice cream and short distance to walk from hotels. You will not be alone there. It deserves good rating for service and for location. If you seek peace, walk SE to less populated places.

Nice, pebbly, quiet and sheltered beach. A bit buggy on the afternoon we were there, but maybe because it was late in the afternoon

One of the best bays in Croatia with beautiful turquoise water, sound of cicada and beautiful scent of pines.
Really worth to visit.
You have 10 buoys, with one rope connected to the shore. They charge 225 kuna for a day. You can also anchor, but you must also be tied to the shore. Beware "fisherman" who is selling fish for around 100 kuna per fish - this fish are from the shop, he sells them for a triple price.

It is a nice beach, but not the top one in Cres. The water was full of seaweed in the beginning, but if you go 10-15meter in the water is beautiful. The water clean, and sandy. Be careful, lot of nudist is going there
