I was very much looking forward to visiting Naga Cable Park today, however I came away extremely disappointed in the service and the staff at the park. The park its self looks fantastic with a good layout and facilities etc. I'm sure that the experience is excellent! However, i did not have an opportunity to enjoy the facilities due to their ridiculous bureaucracy and poor organisation in trying to rent equipment. I arrived at the park and subsequently spent well over an hour in the line for renting equipment while there was only one staff member employed dealing with a line of nearly 50 people (half of which tried to jump the line). The employee calls to the manager for extra help was been ignored while customers waited to either pay to exit or rent equipment. Once I reached the top of the line, they required Brazilian identification, as I am a tourist, I did not have Brazilian identification. My friends were unable to rent equipment in their name on my behalf as a solution to the problem. They all had Brazilian identification and were more than happy to take responsibility for any guarantee or issues with the equipment. The manager of the facility was extremely rude and had a complete disregard for myself and other customers, he offered no solution to the situation other than leaving the park and coming back with my passport which would have been a 1 hour round trip followed by a further hour of waiting in line. The most infuriating part of the experience of this was that they we subsequently overheard them allow a different customer in who did not have their ID but could provide them with an emailed copy. They never gave me this option and I left having wasted the afternoon waiting in line. If you are a foreigner, make sure you have your passport with you and expect long lines and poor customer service

Holambra is well know as flower polo production in Brazil. The place provides flowers and plants to most cities in Brazil and even if not some countries in South America. It is indeed a small town with Dutch immigrants. You feel an European air. Make sure to visit the windmill and if you like it, go inside and climb the stairs to the top. Children will love it. Find out on the city website when its happening the annual plants and flowers exposition. The city in this period is crowded. Also you can visit the flowers farm and learn more about it. Was a lovely weekend trip on my birthday!

Very nice place. Swans and even capybaras!!! Really liked the Fountains too. Some people seemed to have pic nics there or just seat by the trees.

A vista é linda.

Passamos no Deck do amor. Vale a pena conhecer.

Vale a visita!

The story of Holambra is nicely told by a large collection of photos and which are well described in an interesting way. At least us, but I think all visitors, will walk out of the museum with a respect for the hardship the first pioneers had to endure, trying to farm in a country with conditions so different from what they were used to and so far from anything familiar. The two houses on the terrain are very nicely kept and the collection of agricultural tools illustrates the hard work the first farmers had to put in. A must if you're visiting Holambra.
