Had the pleasure to stay in the suite with breakfast and explore the magnificent food prepared by an excellent chef! Highly recommend and will definitely go back!

We've dined at Vienna with friends from Lokeren several times while visiting Belgium and each time the food has been delicious. The dining room's relaxed ambiance is inviting. Very easy to have good conversation while dining - not too loud, perhaps because of the high ceilings. The sole is always excellent and I ordered a pasta with mushrooms this time and loved it. Presentation of food is thoughtful and portions are generous. The chef seems to make a point to come out into the dining room toward the end of service to visit local friends and greet those who are still around from the last service. Nice tough, nice guy, very good food!

The “Den Hof Hotel-Restaurant” is housed in a stunningly renovated mansion. The restaurant is well-known for its excellent French/Belgian cuisine. Authentic dishes are produced by the family and guests can choose from an extensive exclusive wine list. The perfect place for your (business) lunch or dinner. Since 2016, Den Hof have a new trendy bar: The Oak Bar. Be it for business purposes or family outings : A perfect place to enjoy and indulge !
Very warm reception in up to date interior with view onthe large garden. Amuses are market fresh and inviting to taste more of the menu. we can recommend the home garnaal kroketten with a fresh trappist beer. After that we had the beef filet with fresh pepper cream sauce. Based on this experience we are sure the other dishes are as good. All made with fresh season products. This restaurant is worth the trip to Zelzate!

This young very talented chef is working with excellent local ingredients and is mastering all skills necessary to bring you not just a meal, but an experience of flavors beyond your imagination.
He just got a 16/20 in the Gault Millau. And I'm certain that this will increase in the future.

We stopped on our way home from Brugge to the Netherlands at the Korenbeurs to have dinner there with Social Deal coupons. Our table was set when we arrived, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant has a nice menu and beer-list and the foor was really good and they know wat well done means...
Two minor issues to be solved: the towels in the restroom were placed too high for some of our group and the light in the mens toilet autmatically switched off after a while and when you are too long on the toilet you have to help yourself in the dark.

This was our upteenth visit in ten years. This time was a birthday dinner for my wife.
Welcomed warmly as always by the head waiter. He knew us straight away, and removed our reservation tab from arrival list without confirming the name.
We were asked if he could take our jackets to be hanged up,always a good sign we think.
Ambiance was relaxed, decor has a soothing effect, nice low lighting but not low enough so you cannot see.
We both took a pre meal drink, and we took the "wild(Game) menu" (see below)
Apertiser (on the house as always) Courgette soup. Delicious taster, maybe could have been a little warmer, but that is a miner point.
Kreeft, pompoen met ganzenlever
Lobster, foie gras with pumpkin
Stunning first course. The sharpness from the pumpkin against the lobster was great. Two very clean plates went back to the kithen

Gebakken patrijs, witlof, Brioche
Fried partridge, chicory, Brioche
Good second course, nice and light. Partridge just cooked right, still moist and tender, nice contrast the the pepper from the chicory.
***
Gebakken hertenfilet met een saus van rode wijn, wildgarnituur
Baked fillet of venison with a sauce of red wine, wild garnish
Stunning third course. Fully bodied flavours against the sweetness from the poached pear and
garnish

great way to finish we both had the dessert Napoleon. Again full of flavour (sharpness and sweet) from the different fruits, against sorbet hmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
To go with the meal we took this wine "Bouchard Finlayson" Chardonnay “Kaaimansgat”
I dont usually go for a dry white, but this hit the spot with me. My wife could not find fault as she is a lover of South African white wines. Almost as good as a "Rijks"
To finish we had two coffees.
The staff seemed a lit out of sorts this evening. Dont get me wrong, nothing that spoiled the evening. They seemed a little flat compared to previous visits.
Total cost was about 170 euro. people may think that is a lot and yes it is. But for us, we have never had an OK meal here.
Just try this restaurant once, I dont think you would be disappointed

Had dinner with two old business friends tonight. The restaurant is modern and stylish without being over the top. The menu card is limited but there is something for everyone. The staff is friendly and efficient. There is enough public parking on a short walking distance. A three course a la carte dinner with one glass of wine is about 70 EUR per person. That is not cheap but I believe it is good value for money

This is my husband's favourite place to eat spareribs! According to him the best in Terneuzen and .......... all you can eat for one price. Marinated well and he usually eats 2 of them .........

Spacious Greek restaurant directly at the marketplace with very nice and new interior (blue indirect light looks cool!). On the food, the starters are really good, the main dishes are relatively meat-heavy and have not so much variety. While it might not all be original Greek, it is also tasty and good quality, so makes up a nice meal. The waiters are friendly and responsive, even with bigger groups.

We often go here for coffee, lunch or dinner or just drink at the end of the end.
Never disappointing and food is of good quality, not too expensive and good sized portions. You do not go home hungry!
Try their fresh home backed "appeltaartje/apple pie", the "varkenshaas saté" or simply the Sandwich "broodje gezond"!!!
When visiting on either a Friday or Saturday evening, a reservation is most of the time needed when you would like to have dinner but it is always worth a try when you have no reservation.
Friendly staff en excellent service, just check it out yourself :-)
