From the start, when we were shown to our Balinese hut, the atmosphere was truly tropical (it was also 40oC which added another layer to our experience!). The service was prompt and very friendly and, when the meal arrived, it was authentic Asian food; extremely delicious. The restaurant also offers indoor Seating with delightful Balinese decor. We will definitely be going back to sample more of the extensive menu.

Quo Vadis Restaurant and Pizza Parlour has been in the Tripodi familly for almost a quarter of a century. Now in the hands of eldest son John and his family, wife Helen and children Kyal and Marissa the true Italian flavour and exceptional hospitality is what Quo Vadis is known for, and it's what they pride themselves on.Even though John spends his time as your host, he is still the one who sneaks into the restaurant during the day to prepare the pizza dough with the same old secret Italian receipe! Our menu changes with the seasons, but some of our classics remain indefinately. There's certain things that MUST be sampled though, and can only be sampled at Quo Vadis. For example the "Underbelly" cocktail, "Girlfriend" rissotto, Tuscan Chicken,Mick's Special Pizza, and the incredible souffle of the day.
In the company of friends this restaurant was highly recommended and we were not disappointed. A very varied menu catering for all tastes, and of course an emphasis on Italian food, though I chose Rack of Lamb, which was cooked to perfection and accompanied with a few vegies. The Minestrone soup was of good flavour as was the Veal scallopini. The woman waitress did an excellent job of not only taking the orders but delivering them to the tables too! It was a Tuesday evening, but surprisingly quite busy!

Charlie Gray's is located at the BEST WESTERN Burke and Wills Motor Inn. Offering a modern Australian dining experience in a relaxed and intimate atmosphere.
Stayed 2 nights and ate at Charlie Grays' both nights. Great food and service both nights. Steak, chicken, curry, etc. All were delicious and well presented. Reasonable prices. Creme brûlée is really nice. Breakfast in the restaurant is good as well.

Spoons Riverside is located right on the Little Murray River, just off the magnificent Murray River. We are a cafe and restaurant utilising fresh, seasonal and regional produce. We host a range of functions from weddings, engagements, birthdays, etc. Our gift shop and provedore is stocked with a wide range of unique and creative gifts.
We were looking for somewhere to eat before going on the paddle steamer and wandered into Spoons. The service was very efficient, but also really natural and friendly, and what impressed me most was that, even without a request from us, they offered cushions for my octogenarian parents so they'd be more comfortable. There was a very good selection of dishes and our family group of 7 were all happy with our meals.

Popped in here for a quick lunch with 2 other family members and was pleasantly surprised by the cafe offerings on their menu. A beef burger, chicken burger and a frittata with salad were all on the table in a very short time frame despite the cafe section being full of patrons. The food was fresh, flavorful and quite good value for money. The waitress who served us was polite, friendly & helpful. Coffee was good, as was the iced coffee. And a sweet treat from the ice cream cabinet on the way out finished off an enjoyable lunch perfectly. Keep up the great work Jilarty!

Tried everywhere that was recommended on TA and everything particularly the pubs were fairly average. This place is amazing. Best, freshest Japanese. Wonderful family business kind and nothing, even off piste requests for solo avocado dishes too much trouble! Everything was amazing! But off note: seared Tuna salad, Prawn tempura, Sashimi & the edamame. Sushi rolls were great too!

Stopped in here for a quick morning tea/cuppa. Seating available outside at tables on the street or inside. There is also a coffee window for those just wanting a take away as they walk past. Service is always friendly and fast. Great range on the menu for lunch meals too but we didn't stop for lunch this particular day.

Have to re review this restaurant, we bought the $10 lunch specials takeaway, they were exceptionally good, very full containers, very tasty & lots of veges. A big change from our last visit. So good we went again a few days later.
