Fabulous homemade food. The 3 of us went for lunch. Two of us had Chateau's homemade soup and bun and the other had their fish and homemade chips - everything was excellent !
I placed an order for a dozen of their buns, which I picked up the day before I was to return home. They had them frozen and bagged for me and were thawed and ready to eat upon our arrival at home.
I would highly recommend this restaurant.
Thanks Wanda -- you are awesome !!

When we are in vacationing in Stephenville, we always find our way to Pizza Delight. You can get a good Donair, a decent pasta dish, and it's always nice to toast our own bread while we wait for our order; it gives the kids something to do. Their staff, as far as we experienced, were always polite, helpful, and quick.

Heard that this was a "must eat" restaurant before heading out to Stephenville for the day and was not disappointed. The prices are super affordable (less than $14 for a large pizza!) and my pizza was absolutely loaded with toppings, including real strips of bacon. I got the bread dough pizza which was a cool change up as well, and would go back here for pizza in a second.

This cuisine focuses on the cultural foods of Newfoundland. Excellent seafood, fresh and with good portions and excellent presentation and service.
Business dinner so I didnt have a choice. Friday night special is chicken wings, $.50 cent per wing. I ordered the medium temp wings and found myself asking the waitress... "Is it me or do these wings taste like tomato soup?"... Her response "yea our sauce is a tomato soup base". I think at this point enough has been said.
My hope is that they will consider re-visiting this recipe. It left a great deal to be desired. The wings were neither spicy nor flavorfull. They just tasted like soup, i dont really know how else to describe it. Yuk!

This place seems to have a positive appeal throughout many parts of Canada. I have heard it being acclaimed while I have been travelling in Edmonton and Toronto. The bakery definitely has variety within their products but it seems that they are honoured for the quality of their products.

We were in Stephenville for a Provincial sporting event and visited the Killick Cafe on two occasions.
We really enjoyed the atmosphere and friendly staff. The Cafe is clean and quaint. We enjoyed pea soup and chai tea lattes on our first visit. Both were delicious! On our return visit, I enjoyed a piece of quiche for breakfast. It was very good. The pastry was flaky and the filling was creamy. While I didn’t have any of their baked goods, the display case looked extremely well stocked with delicious looking muffins, loaves, cookies and more!
We would definitely return to the Killick Cafe. Love their mugs too!!

This is the best lunch I’ve had in a while. I had the 2 piece Fish and home fries with homemade tarter sauce and coleslaw.
My friend had the Philly Steak which I tried. Absolutely the best. Portions are great and foods delicious. Would recommend to anyone.
