The first time we ordered the conch chowder and a seafood pasta but filled up on the chowder and bread, it was that big, tasty, and filling. Unlike most Caribbean conch chowder this is in a white sauce with conch and potatos and a taste so unique we tried to bribe them for the recipe. No luck so we will have to go back.

The drinks are chilled and the grill is fired up.Flow, Flyt, Flowt....always paired with a great time
This wonderful bar is easy to miss if you don't know your way around the city. However, it is a great place to stop for lunch, dinner or just to get away from it all. Located upstairs the Subway (restaurant), follow the steps up to a big medieval looking door. It takes a few seconds for your eyes to adjust if you just left the bright sunlight.
The staff is friendly and the music is normally at the right level. Quick tip: order ahead if you choose to have lunch at midday.

Meet Derek, ur bartender. Awesome, funny and full of jokes. Meet Anne Marie! Gem!!!! Food is awesome, best juicy burger in the world other than my own. Pizza. Omg! Eat it there cause it's the best fresh.
Ocean air, waves crashing, moonlight and we have jerk night. A night not to miss with the festival dipping sauce that I would put on everything I eat. Only on Friday nights. The pork is the best since I've never tried anything but.
If in Svg please take a Friday night and experience this joint

A French sailor couple created a culinary paradise in Cumberland Bay, St. Vincent. The food is really excellent with a true French touch. The owners spent the whole evening with us and created a great atmosphere. I can encourage everybody who comes near this Bay to stop here and stop by. Make a reservation when you make fast as the owners prefer to serve up to 10-15 people so they can make it a special expedience.

The Paradise Beach Hotel Restaurant sits over looking the ocean and our chef serves up a delightful choice of local and international foods. Our sunset cocktails and happy hour at the bar has become an island tradition. Join us for Grillin' with the Captain every Friday Night. Fresh Grilled Lobster is always on demand when it's in season (September - April).
We had a dinner there and the setting was pleasant, as in most of the restaurants in the area.
The waiter was very attentive and nice so full marks to him.
Unfortunately, the food was horrible ; soggy garlic potatoes, dry pieces of fish and my husband had pork which looked like a very bad stew.
Mohito drinks were perfect though.
Would not go back there.

We went to JeeJays for a quick drink and ended up staying for 4 hours. Had a great laugh with the staff with many drinks and a great meal too. We went back 3 more times during our 2 week visit.

I used to love this little cafe when it was just that...a 'cafe' when they were located in town. We used to pop by for ice cream or cappuccinos after shopping. Then they moved and ended up at Blue Lagoon and turned themselves into a full menu restaurant with the same boring menu that seems to plague the majority of restaurants on island. Yes the location is lovely, in the marina overlooking the water and boats, but that's about it. On our last visit, I ordered the soleil salad. A couple of lettuce leaves topped with a chopped apple and shredded grapes soaked with some sort of a dressing. Underwhelming to say the least. Not a single walnut to be seen even though it's mentioned in the salad's description. The white wine was lukewarm and tasted like it was watered down, served in dollar store type glasses. The waiter had difficulty understanding our order; we had to repeat it several times even though it was quite simple. During our meal, no one bothered to stop by to see if things were OK...the staff were too busy dancing to the music to bother with us I guess. Even though there are so few decent restaurants on island, I will give this one a miss. Flowt beach bar next door is much better.

I will give this small restaurant a good quality price ratio... Not a gastronomic restaurant despite the french name, but good "bistro" restaurant.
The view from the restaurant is super, the young Island give a nice foreground by day and night.
I regret the non availability of local fruit juice without sugar!
