Went here last week for lunch for a nice meal before the end of our hol. The food is great. Very typically french, but caters for children so not a problem. The service was good; the manager/ owner was great trying to understand the kids when they spoke french. I can honestly say it was one of the best meals I have ever had. Wish I could go back again soon.

We came here twice for lunch and I had different kind of seafood incl snails. Everything was very tasteful, fresh and the prices very reasonable. Highly recommended!

What to say ? We stopped there just by pure chance, and really enjoyed the stay. We were 3 adults 5 children. Service was warm and efficient. Food was really excellent and the chef happy to present local products. Ah, and the Profiterolles ... Giant ! We will remember it !

Gonzo a nice Italian restaurant already for many years. Each time when we are in the Gironde Area we try to visis Gonzo. I like the steak with pepper Suace, lasagna (sometimes you need to reserve in advance), 4 cheeses pizza or just the basic "pizza jambon fromage' :)

This is the 2nd time I've ate in La Villa S and gets better! The setting is lovely and after walking around the lovely Soulac sea side, nothing better than refuelling in this place. I have confit duck (I think I had same thing 2 years ago) and the service, quality of food is superb! They also offer a 1/4 or litre of House wine in a carafe for 5 Euros! Well, you are in the Medoc so wine is never going to be a let down! Lovely lunch and very good value. I'd wince if that same meal and wine was to be served somewhere in central London..! All in all, try it if ever in Soulac!

Great ice creams. Loads of choice and nice, modern, clean place to eat. Myself and wife both ate our own sundae. We went for one of the smaller options and even they were grand affairs! In hindsight we could have shared and in the future we may but probably won't!
Look forward to our next visit.

On a family recommendation, we sought out Ku G early on in our stay. We had no reservation but were still early enough to be given a table. We chose 2 dishes from the specials and our daughter had the kids' menu. We also treated ourselves to cocktails from the extensive list and were then recommended a nice half bottle of white wine to accompany our mains. Service was efficient and friendly throughout although the restaurant was getting busier and busier. The food was delicious and we enjoyed the experience so much that we decided to book a table for the upcoming 14th July evening. That night, the restaurant was even busier and there was a slight mix-up with the kids' dish but again it was handled very gracefully by the super staff! We really enjoyed the food, the atmosphere and the setting. Highly recommended!

Chez tam is a small place best used for takeaway. Pleasant staff and good food - probably the second best Asian food in Soulac.

By intimate I mean it's not very big inside. There are some chairs and tables outside but beware of the strong breeze that blows off the sea and straight down this street.
A reasonable choice of wines and decent classy snacks such as charcuterie. Nice atmosphere but a little overpriced.

Good choice for our last night of vacation. No difficulty in finding and close to where we were staying. We fell good. Steak, mussels and chips and sea bream (even the kids enjoyed thier fish), all very good, fast and friendly service and fries are home made extraordinary! A good end tou our vacance en Francaise!
