Visited this restaurant recently for breakfast. The menu allowed for good flexibility in ordering your standard breakfast items. The food was really good and came quickly. The service was friendly, fast and efficient. The environment was clean and bright and well laid out.
The only thing standing in the way of a 5 star rating for this restaurant is (at least for the Mens') the state of the washrooms. They were smelly. Definitely, not the best.

Great little market with a really good deli. I often slide in on my way to work to pick up something for lunch. A quick salad and home made beans, ribs, etc. fresh local veggies and reasonable prices.

I was hungry for a good breakfast and was amply rewarded at the Roosteraunt. Their omelettes are quite large and cooked just right. The sprinkling of cheese gives an extra nice flavour. There is lots of "western" in their western omelette. The home fries with onions added a nice touch. Coffee refills were frequent. There was lots of jams on the table for the toast. I went there four times!

You can find us at the corner of Main Street and Maple. We are a family run business serving our community and hungry travelers from surrounding villages and big city commuters. Our cozy little restaurant provides Seating for a maximum of 30 guests. You will find the decor very clean and nice. We have quite a few wall hangings and paintings to view while waiting for your food. You won't wait too long as our kitchen staff can cook pretty fast. But we pride ourselves on our service and quality of food. It has too be good. If you are not satisfied we will try to make it right. We offer most of our menu for take-out as well if you prefer to watch the game at home. We don't have TV's. Which means you can actually talk to the people at your table about how good the food is here. Street parking is available and meter-less west of Maple.
We stopped here for lunch on the strength of the many positive reviews for this spot. Every so often we get a craving for "Canadian-style" Chinese food and over the years we've had more badly done meals than good, so we were optimistic based on the reviews. We both opted for a combination plate which consisted of an egg roll, chicken fried rice and a choice of 2 items; I chose the honey garlic spareribs and chicken guy ding and was very pleased with the variety of vegetables in the chicken dish and the spareribs were very good. Service was attentive and friendly and the decor was very pleasant. For the price, $11.75, we found it to be a good value and this will definitely be our go-to place the next time the craving hits :)

We met here with old friends from Ottawa for a sociable lunch. Just when we were thinking that there was not a really nice lunch venue to be found in Smiths Falls, we discovered this most pleasantly-appointed steakhouse, and were delighted with every aspect of our meal; greeting, ambience, comfort, speed of service, choice, quality and price.
I am truly surprised that this is not the top-rated eatery in Smiths Falls.

We’ve been here several time and consistently enjoy the delicious food. Portions are very generous, we love the Madris soup and dessert are delectable.
On our most recent visit we found the Waitstaff very pleasant but food from the kitchen took a very long time ( we waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for our dinner).
The kitchen is very open and this time we noticed the cook nibbling off the grill and the prep cook garnishing plates with bare hands ... it was a little off putting .

I first reviewed this restaurant in 2010 after it first opened at it's original location.(2010). My wife and I visited again today at the new location, and were even more impressed. The atmosphere is very warm and cozy, the food excellent, and the service "second to none". Well worth a visit if you're in the area.

We switch between Milano's and Jersey Joes when in the mood for pizza and wings. Jersey Joes has excellent pizza and wings are very good. Although a little on the pricey side I would definitely recommend them. On a negative nite, the last few orders were mixed up a bit and we did not receive what we wanted, hopefully this communication glitch will improve.

We were on a day trip to the area and we're looking for a quick lunch. This venue hit the spot for us, the coffee was hat and delicious , wife had an organic free trade cup and I a house blend. The sanwhiches were good, with fresh everything and even at at a busy time there were plenty of tables to choose from. No hesitation to recommend this one ..

Visited with other boaters passing. Through on the great loop. Dinner was acceptable... However the service was amazing. Our waitress overheard congratulations to one of the members of our party. When dinner was finished she arrived with a dessert and a candle singing happy birthday. Of her own accord! Made the evening.
