Love Le’Caveau I’ve been coming here for around 18 years on n off think I’m on my 3rd owner now food is always spot very small venue which makes for a nice atmosphere no good for disabled people though tight stair access. One criticism if you could have more than one bottle of champagne on the menu the magenta which was on the wine list before is certainly nicer than the gremillet and maybe have a veuve clicquto yellow label on the list to. I had pigeon or partridge to start then pheasant for main which we’re both delicious.

Went on a Friday night after prebooking a table (which I would advise) as does get booked up in advance. Sat down immediately, we had the fish sharing platter, a lovely starter for 2, followed by the lamb thingy me Bob (shoulder of lamb) which...MoreCheers and thank you so much for your fantastic review we are thrilled you had a super time with us and LTB is one of my favourites too ! Brody's is a modern take on a traditional Italian restaurant with the best homemade food in town! Accompanied by a warm atmosphere and tunes you'll love!
A group of 4, we ate early on a Friday evening. The restaurant was empty but filled up later. The menu is Italian based and sticks to the usual favourites, perhaps the menu could be extended.
The pasta Bolognese was a fair size and the Bolognese sauce ok, however the pasta did have a bitter taste and a bit "clumpy"? But a positive, it was fresh. The pizzas and lasagne were good.
Creme caramel desserts were well presented, the sorbet was good but lacked imaginative presentation when compared to the other desserts.
Drinks were good and the service was excellent.
Access is up some stone steps so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues, however it is well worth a visit if you are looking for a reasonable meal that's good value.

We were drawn into the cafe by the hand-written menus on chalkboards outside. The price for a Sunday roast "dinner" of several kinds was superb. The plates were full, they had gluten-free gravy, and they allowed my brother to have my Yorkshire pudding, all of which endeared us to the cafe and staff. The place was absolutely jam-packed and we only waited about 5 minutes for a table, which was totally worth it. It was a wonderful experience, with true Yorkshire hospitality and friendliness, and excellent home-cooked food. Highly recommended.

The restaurant is founded in 2011. It is new to this town but Thai restaurants are not new to our experiences. We are a group of people who are passionate about food and have an overwhelming desire to create our own family restaurant where we can cook a good quality of food in a good atmosphere. We started our dream by renting a restaurant in Shipley, and then stepped forward to found our own restaurant in Skipton, the small historic market town in North Yorkshire with beautiful scenery, this makes it a perfect place for us.---Our Promises--- We promise to prepare and cook every dish with pride, using the finest ingredients and vegetables sourced locally, to create not only delicious but also healthy food for our customers. The tasty food is cooked by a chef of vast experience who worked for many years in a 5-star hotel in Thailand and in Thai restaurants in the UK. Not only do we aim to make tasty food we also strive to provide a friendly and excellent service in a smart and intimate dinning atmosphere. Our high standards of cleanliness are proven by achieving a5-star rating in Food Hygiene. We also have an excellent reputation given by our customers on Trip Advisor which ranks us amongst the top restaurants in Skipton. You can trust us to ensure that you will spend a wonderful time here, and you will want to come back again and again.
Have been to this restaurant several times, the food was always good. However we went there today for lunch,we arrived at 1.30pm and as the restaurant is open until 2pm we thought we plenty had of time.We were greeted by a very frosty faced Thai lady who glowered down at her watch, this attitude was very unlike Thai people who are usually so welcoming! She said well I suppose you have 20minutes you can come in.The restaurant was completely empty so surely this should not have been a problem to serve two people. I could see her point if the restaurant was busy but it was empty. Needless to say we declined her offer and left feeling very annoyed.I have to say that this senario has happened twice before this occasion .We will never go back to this restaurant to be treated this way.It is such a shame that the front of house staff are ruining the reputation of this restaurant which serves up lovely food.

The meal we chose was simple but as everywhere in Skipton wanted to go home early because of the weather we had little choice. Thank you. The meal was excellent service was good and the chap serving said it may take him an extra 30 minutes to get home because of the weather. Says it all really.

Choose from six cask conditioned, well kept ales. The only pub in Skipton to always keep Theakson’s Old Peculier, plus a warming Dark Mild. Delicious homemade food – two meals for £10 at lunchtime 11.00 until 2.30. Sandwiches, baguettes and jackets for the perfect working lunch and evening meals 5.30 until 9.00. A warm and friendly welcome from Calvin and the team, at the top of the High Street next to the Church and the castle.
Only 5/6 minutes walk from Dalesgate Lodge B&B which was where we were staying. Great staff..good service..excellent food
