Had the Tequila shrimp and an order of mashed pototoes. The shrimp did not have a taste of Tequila. The mashed potatoes were only luke warm. Was supposed to have gravy on the side which did not come. There was a total of 5 shrimp and the cost was $15. Someone else in the company had 5 Tequila shrimp added to his salad at a cost of $7 extra.

The best place to unwind after a long day out on the boat. Come on in and grab a cold drink and some locally sourced food. At Bahama Johns we work closely with local farms and suppliers that are family owned and operated who respect the land and the animals in their care. The ingredients we use in our recipes are grown, raised and harvested close to home, ensuring fresh, great tasting seasonal food for our recipes. Our Heat n' Eat menu has a great selection, leave the cooking to us the next time you throw a party. All items are prepackaged, just pop em in the oven and Heat-Drink-Chill!
We stopped today for appetizers. GOOD: food was good, atmosphere great, and you can dock your boat at the restaurant. BAD: long wait for food. We waited an hour and 10 minutes. We ordered three appetizers a an order of fries for five people. We were told our food was slow because we were a big group. Really?? Five people??

My wife and I were visiting in laws and renewed a pontoon boat on the Shuswaps. They raved about this restaurant floating on the lake located at "the narrows". We stopped in for lunch....wow. Great atmosphere, amazing view, and better than average food. We were very impressed with the service all around. If you're on the Shuswaps....GO THERE!!!

Don't understand why 2 staff were walking around with ear pieces to handle the drive through when there were more people in store as compared to th drive through. There was 6 people in line and only 1 till person who could barely keep up between running till and filling orders. Really? I've been in 4 Tim Hortons in last 2 months and this type of service I am coming to expect at Tims.

Unfortunately the lack of service and terrible breakfast we received just doesn't warrant a good review. Restaurant was approximately 25% capacity at 11 am. Waited 50 minutes to receive a cold breakfast. Went and got the coffee urn a couple of times and refilled our own coffee mugs and those of neighboring tables on the deck while waiting. When we finally received our meal and the waitress asked how our food was, we replied honestly saying it was cold. The owner came out very combative, slapped down the bill on the table, told us that it was NOT cold, and that she credited me $1.25! We tried to discuss with her our concerns and that we hadn't asked for, nor did we expect a discount. We paid the full bill and won't return.

If you live in Sorrento, this might be your only pub option. In fact, it was packed the night we went, so it's obviously popular, and our experience might have been unusual. Still, it was probably the worst service we'd ever received. It took a long time for the server to come to our table, but that was okay -- it was a busy night. She finally came and took our dinner order. About twenty minutes later, she came back with my partner's meal and left without saying anything. THEN... she just never came back. Not to see how we were doing. Not to ask if we wanted more drinks. Not to explain why she didn't bring my order.
My partner was waiting to eat until my food came. I told him just to eat so his food didn't get cold. After about 10 or 15 minutes had passed, I went looking for the server. She was behind the bar putting away dishes. I asked about my meal. She had "forgotten" to send my meal order to the kitchen, but said it would be ready in about 10 minutes. I said no thanks, helped my partner finish his food, and we went and bought snacks from the gas station instead.
Even if the server had brought us TWO meals, the service was horrible -- but what I did not understand then and don't understand now is: How do you take TWO orders, send one to the kitchen, and forget to send the second one? Even if you manage that, how do you bring ONE meal to a table with TWO people at it and not realize that maybe there should be a second meal coming?
If I had made such a ridiculous mistake, I would have offered SOMETHING -- a sincere apology, free drinks, or comped the one meal I HAD remembered to deliver. But we got nothing, as though ordering two meals and only receiving one -- well, it's just one of those things. What can you expect as a customer spending your hard-earned cash at our establishment? Well... Lesson learned: We won't be back.
