Ordered chicken parm to take home. It came with salad that basically looked like old bagged salad. Lots of rusty pieces. And the dressing had no flavor to it. The chicken parm was ok I guess. They use A LOT of salt. Too many Italian places to try this again.

Small diner-breaking,lunch,dinner. Home made on premise. Byhand,as ordered. Over 40 years in this location.
This little hole in the wall cafe is a real jem. The food is no frills just good basic breakfast. The service is like going to see grandma, no messing around. 1 hard working woman runs the whole front and even when packed she is on top of it. This is a must stop but bring cash no debit here.

Our first visit to Giovanni’s restaurant was excellent. Our server, Brandon was great, attentive but not overbearing. The food was delicious, the best Italian food we have had in a very long time. Definitely worth a visit.

The food here is very good but the service is a bit lacking. Wait staff are over worked and inattentive. The restaurant is very small, so if you don't like being crowded this is not the place for you. Also, it is not an accessible restaurant and not only does it have steps to enter the facility but the restrooms are down a flight of stairs.

We visited Arturo's for dinner while we were staying in Sault Ste. Marie. The location is easy to find and there wasn't any issue with parking.
Our waitress, Cara, was excellent in providing advice on the various items; everything from choice of wines, to our salads,to the entree's and finally to our choice of dessert. My wife had the seafood ravioli which was very good. I hade the Pappadelle al Zafferano and would highly recommend this fantastic dish. My wife had wished she would had ordered that as well.
Overall, an excellent dining experience and we look forward to having the opportunity to dine here again whenever we make it back to Sault Ste. Marie.

I've been to North 82 several times. It has become my favourite restaurant in Sault Ste Marie. My colleagues and I came here for dinner, and it was truly outstanding. The service was very good, and the food and drink was just excellent. Perfectly prepared steaks, delicious vegetables, Caesar Salad, and bread to go with them, and desserts that were terrific. I look forward to my next visit.

Today was lunch date with a friend. Great lunch specials. Hard to decide. Settled on the chicken parm with soup (which was homemade). Delicious! Server Tonya was efficient and sweet. Restaurant was a bit busy but she always had time for us. Very generous portion for lunch. We left very full and happy. Thanx Gliss owners, servers and chefs.

Came in fo supper on 30 Jan 2018. Ordered a simple spaghetti and was completly disappointed. The sauce lacked flavor or spices. The pasta was over-cook soggy angel hair. The two one inch meatballs were flavorless. One would expect an Itilian restoraunt to have this staple mastered. Will never eat here again and recommend you avoid it also.
