Good food with a wide variety of arab specialities, some adapted to the local taste. Central location, quite convenient and comfortable. The service is extremely friendly, and you can see the staff takes its time to talk to clients and get their feedback.

Nice ambience (in summer prefer the inner table to take advantage of the air conditioning). Service was kind of impersonal. I chose picanha a mineira, it was overcooked and dry. My friends were more happy of their food. Altogether, I think that São Carlos offers better options.

Specialized in meet, specialty the Argentinian meet, but with Brazilian appetizers. The price is little high, meet should have better taste, it too much soft in my opinion. The food is not so hot so becomes to be cold fast. The waitress are very careful.

The atmosphere is great. An old house remodeled tastefully, with an open space that is both inviting and intriguing. If the weather is on the cool side one needs to keep a jacket or coat on (which was the case when I was there), but not a problem for me. The food was disappointing. I ordered a filled pasta (ravioli-like but called something else). For the delicate flavor of the mushroom filling the sauce was both too abundant and had too much cheese to the point of hiding the flavor of the filling. The house wine, the only served by the glass, was a below average cabernet. Dessert was tasty, but it is hard to mess up a brownie... A cinnamon ice cream was served with that, which had an interesting taste but nothing that special - in fact, it tasted like vanilla ice cream that had some cinnamon added to it. Service was very slow and they were not busy. It took us over two hours to just get a plate of pasta and dessert. Good thing this was a casual, relaxed dinner with no rush.

The Castle is a great stop in Washington Luiz for a great meat.
It is a traditional, comfortable restaurant with good service good choices of grillers you can choose from fish, beef or pork with delicious sides, the specialty of the house I would say are the Pintado fish with Magericão and pork loin, but if you prefer beef will also be a good choice.
Travelling by Washington Luiz a recommend.

Did not know what to expect when we pulled up in front of this place for dinner. When we walked in to the we were blinded by a light aiming right at us so we still didn't know what to think. It was actually kind of annoying. Onlay once we got inside did we realize it was a motorcycle headlight and the handlebars were beer taps. This place is a motorcyclist's dream, especially a someone from the USA. There are bbmotorcycles everywhere, even hanging from the walls! The decor is pretty cool and you can spend a long time looking around, like we did.
The food is a mix of American and Tex-Mex. Within the group, a few folks had steaks and a couple had ribs. All were complimentary of their food. I had the Three Amigos (a quesidilla, tacos and Chile con quest). It was good.
I would recommend this place because it stands out because of the interesting decor. It is a good place to have a meal and a beer.

I visited this restaurant with colleagues from UFSCar. You can pay a flat fee and eat all you like or, as is common, pay by weight.Fantastic food. Loved the manioc puree! I'm told the puddings were great - I had no room! Very atmospheric, good at all times of day - and busy. It's all buffet-style, so the only service is taking your plates away when you can no longer move! Highly recommended.
