If you want the traditional experience, then look no further.
They offer most types of food, but obviously specialise in the Portuguese variety, and do this very well.
For all you smokers out there, they have a separate room for you to eat in, should you so wish, which is completely away from the more family orientated side.

All four: restaurant, staff, food and wine transport a very intensive "Alentejo" feeling. What the "Alentejo" feeling is? A little bit like "hakuna matata", enjoy life, let the daily worries aside, relax.
A perfect place for having very good food and not a list - a book of wines.
The chef recommended the house wine to the bacalhao - and I really enjoyed it!
Definitely a place to visit!

This restaurant is great and an important asset to Santo Tirso. Went there with friends on a Wed night for a late (11pm) dinner.
The location is ideal, in the city centre and with parking spaces around.
The house is beautiful, and the space is very well decorated. The layout of the different rooms is very well put.
The staff is nice, attentive and efficient. Including the owner, who is always on top of things.
Re. food, we had a fantastic alheira as starter, and then a brilliant arroz de marisco - the best I had in many years.
As for drinks, we had an outstanding Alvarinho recommended by the owner.
The price... surprisingly cheap. Less than 20€ per person for everything (which included other drinks, champaign, etc)

A Clinica

Recomendo!
