Simply delightful right in the heart of old San German, steps away from Porta Coeli. You can' t go wrong here with authentic Spanish cuisine in a delightful setting. Great wine list too. Generous portions and creative preparation. Don't leave S German without a visit.

If you ar looking for a romantic place to eat pizza or many other italian cuisine, this is a must go. The only problem is that before it has highway access and now you must take a marinal road to get there. Pizza is great and prices avery reasonable. It also offer a conference room for special activities.

Mike's surpassed my expectations in terms of food taste, quality and overall experience. I will added to my list of a must if you are in the area.
Menu is quite extensive and prices very affordable. They know the market and the limits for a steakhouse located in the Island and not trying to defiant the San Juan prices.
Started with the sampler and the fish was outstanding. Had the T-Bone with steam vegetables and salad with a layer of mushrooms. Awesome for $16.99. My party had the chicken fajitas and chicken breasts. For the fajitas, I will use a reference that only Puertorricans will understand: there were as Chilis original fajitas years ago!!!
Wrapped up the night with two desserts: "flan de coco" and "flan de queso". The second one is homemade but both were on the money.
I will be back.

Colonial building with a beautiful view of Old San German's courtyard and Porta Coeli, the oldest church in Puerto Rico built by the spaniards in 1606.
Just try it! The shrimp is totally different. Old Style Bun~uelos are spectacular! Corn Sticks (Surrullitos are one of the best!), Barrigas de Vieja like in no other place. Jose just redefine the Tapas concept- Try the CHorizo in Chimichurri sause over a garnish of beans speard over bread- Just sabroso!

Telefono number is 787-659-7155 they just open on March 2011. I have visited the place twice and I really love it.
We were visiting San German and found this place. Good margaritas-and sampler. The cheese quesadillas are so good. The view is amazing- the Porta Coeli church.

SUMMATION: This is a typical Burger King Restaurant, but it has the fastest drive through that we have ever seen. Always fast over many, many times. Food is good, just like any Burger King.
GENERAL: All Burger Kings are pretty much the same and this one is typical; therefore, I will not review it in detail.

It is a small restaurant that serves italian and puertorrican food. The pizza is great and big! They make everything fresh. The "carne frita con mofongo" is to die for. Their sangria is really good. Come to think about it, everything is delicious!

This place has been open for over a year, but I did not try it before because it sits on at the beginning of a street that is known as “la Boca de infierno” (the mouth of hell), so the view is not that nice. Having said that, I finally tried it two weeks ago and I have been back 4 times! The pizza is the best in San German and they also have steaks, calzones, pastas, and other things. So far, I have only had the pizza and garlic knots. The service is also excellent, they greet me by name now only after ordering on the phone 1 time!
They also have another location in Hormigueros.
PROS:
Parking is plentiful
The food is very good
The service is excellent
They have items for kids
They sell beer
They do Delivery
CONS:
The view is not so nice
It is an outdoor Café, so no A/C

Though I live in a nearby town I never have the chance of having lunch at the historic town of San German.
So, I'm not that acquainted with the restaurants.
I found this place through TripAdvisor.
And it ended being an excellent choice.
It's authentic puertorrican food.
Delicious.
Lots of lunch specials available at just $6.99 including beverage.
You would pay much more for a combo at any fast food joint.
Very friendly staff.
